Five stars! The complimentary iced water and unlimited soy milk were a huge plus, and the breakfast was so delicious we finished everything! The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, bright, and unique – probably the best guesthouse in the area. The owner was incredibly helpful, accommodating all our travel needs. From the environment and food to the service, everything was impeccable. You absolutely must stay here when you visit!

The location of the homestay is also super convenient. It is just behind the temple. If you want to burn incense and worship Buddha, you can go to the first floor to find your grandmother to buy incense. The price is really convenient. Because there is a short distance from the main road, the noise is very small, the view outside the window is good, if you come by car, you can contact the boss to reserve a parking space. This price is really the best homestay I have ever stayed in! If I insist on the shortcomings, I can live for a day, and I will have the opportunity to come with my friends in the future, and I will stay here!

Shuixieshanshe Homestay is a relatively new lodging started by a young couple. The room we stayed in was clean and bright. The room's temperature can be adjusted accordingly, and there is a warm shower that is strong even when 3-4 people use it consecutively. The lodging is value for money and the young couple managing it goes out of the way to make the place homely and comfortable for the guests. The owner provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the Hengshan West Railway station. My elderly mom was ill during the trip and the owner went out of the way to send us to the TCM clinic. We extended our stay for another day due to the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Shuixieshanshe Homestay is within 5 minutes of walking distance to the Grand Temple of Mount Heng ( Nányuè Dàmiào) which makes it an excellent base from which to explore Mount Heng (衡山)

The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in their service was impressive. The late-night noodles were delicious – I had them two nights in a row! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in recent years across all aspects. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I'm staying at the foot of Mount Heng.

I chose this place with my friends. It's a beautiful spot. I forgot to take pictures of the beautiful exterior, so I only took pictures of the room. I really like them, so I'm posting them. the receptionist is good very helpful. i wasnt well when i went there so i didnt go out much. the receptionist helped me get a taxi as i dont have weixin to book it. very grateful for her help. the hotel location is good close to shopping center plus lots of resto around. the room was small and smell of smoking when i came so i need to open the window. the floors are not well insulated. i can hear whatever upstairs and downstairs doing. woke up at 2am by the occupants upstairs whom keep playing with the luggage? keep walking around?? it happen a few times.if i can suggest you better put carpet on the floor to reduce the noise.
