Shuixieshanshe Homestay is a relatively new lodging started by a young couple. The room we stayed in was clean and bright. The room's temperature can be adjusted accordingly, and there is a warm shower that is strong even when 3-4 people use it consecutively. The lodging is value for money and the young couple managing it goes out of the way to make the place homely and comfortable for the guests. The owner provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the Hengshan West Railway station. My elderly mom was ill during the trip and the owner went out of the way to send us to the TCM clinic. We extended our stay for another day due to the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Shuixieshanshe Homestay is within 5 minutes of walking distance to the Grand Temple of Mount Heng ( Nányuè Dàmiào) which makes it an excellent base from which to explore Mount Heng (衡山)

The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in their service was impressive. The late-night noodles were delicious – I had them two nights in a row! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in recent years across all aspects. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I'm staying at the foot of Mount Heng.

I chose this place with my friends. It's a beautiful spot. I forgot to take pictures of the beautiful exterior, so I only took pictures of the room. I really like them, so I'm posting them. When I went upstairs, the automatic sensor light on the wall of the stairs was on along with my progress. I booked 301 on the third floor. The door said welcome home. The stairs to the fourth floor were still attached to the head. Seeing joy, the details are really super much. It can be seen that the boss's intentions are decorated. After the room was immediately bright, the sensor lights in the whole house were lit one by one. What came into view was a transparent layout, spacious and bright, clean and tidy. A room with a Zen design and a warm feeling of logs was really amazing. 🍵 There are short and scorpion in the area. It’s so cool to sit here and drink tea and eat snacks and play with your mobile phone! 1.5 The twin bed is very comfortable and clean, and there is even a fascia gun at the bedside. Those who come to climb the mountain can use it! All electrical appliances can be awakened or turned off through the smart housekeeper of the whole house, which saves effort. The toilet and shower are separated from wet and dry, the corners are clean and there are no dead ends, the toilet and blue cleaning liquid make people feel very clean, the toilet has small windows, and the ventilation is very good and there is no smell. In addition, there are TVs, small tables, sinks, lamp mirrors, the equipment is very complete and full of details, just as comfortable as in your own home. The location of the homestay is also super convenient. It is just behind the temple. If you want to burn incense and worship Buddha, you can go to the first floor to find your grandmother to buy incense. The price is really convenient. Because there is a short distance from the main road, the noise is very small, the view outside the window is good, if you come by car, you can contact the boss to reserve a parking space. This price is really the best homestay I have ever stayed in! If I insist on the shortcomings, I can live for a day, and I will have the opportunity to come with my friends in the future, and I will stay here!

It was my child's birthday, so I contacted the hotel ahead of time. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade, helped decorate the room, and even sent over fruits, snacks, and a lovely birthday message! We were thrilled! Upon check-in, they thoughtfully offered us a cup of hot tea. When we headed out for some sightseeing, they recommended Nanyueli and kindly lent us an umbrella. In the evening, they even brought us a late-night snack (porridge and eggs). The 2-meter king-size bed room was extremely comfortable, and our entire family was completely satisfied!

If you want to travel to Nanyue Hengshan, you can also choose to stay at Ramada Hotel. The hotel is about 40 kilometers away from Nanyue Hengshan, and the transportation is convenient. It takes one hour to reach Nanyue Hengshan. The hotel's third floor podium has the most famous local Lufu Restaurant, Shanggong Kitchen Restaurant, KFC, etc. It is only three kilometers away from the municipal government office. There are many parking spaces on the first floor of the hotel, but parking on the underground first floor is still inconvenient. the receptionist is good very helpful. i wasnt well when i went there so i didnt go out much. the receptionist helped me get a taxi as i dont have weixin to book it. very grateful for her help. the hotel location is good close to shopping center plus lots of resto around. the room was small and smell of smoking when i came so i need to open the window. the floors are not well insulated. i can hear whatever upstairs and downstairs doing. woke up at 2am by the occupants upstairs whom keep playing with the luggage? keep walking around?? it happen a few times.if i can suggest you better put carpet on the floor to reduce the noise.
