Service: Breakfast will be prepared in the morning, and you will cook it when you go downstairs. The powder does have to eat Hunan. The shredded meat powder at the hotel is also very good for awakening all day; because of rainy days, I am afraid that I can’t get a taxi, the proprietress also sent us to the high-speed rail station, very warm and thoughtful;

When we got tired, the owner provided refreshing rice wine and fruit, and meals were delivered to the room's terrace. The evening breeze was so pleasant and relaxing; highly recommended. There's also a reservoir for fishing, pavilions, and lawns – a beautiful environment. The owner created a dedicated VIP group for our guests, providing directions, reminders about when to turn on the air conditioning, and menus. The chef sources ingredients in advance, ensuring freshness and delicious flavors. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

After reading many positive reviews from other guests about my host, I decided to take a gamble and try my luck, following in my late mother's footsteps through old photographs of Hengshan.
As it turned out, I not only stayed in a clean and tidy room at my host's house; I witnessed a vibrant sunrise from my bed; and enjoyed delicious spicy Hunan cuisine 😋, but most importantly, I felt the sincere welcome and hospitality of my hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Li. GGuest UserThe third or fourth time I went to Xiangjiang South. I really feel that the service is worse than it is once.
The first time I went there was the best experience, all aspects were online. This time I went to book his three-bedroom villa with my friends. It was really normal. At night, the mahjong machine in the room seemed to be bad and let the staff repair it for a long time. Some of the hot springs are not open, most of them are open. Breakfast is messy like a big canteen, and many things are not replenished in time.
The worst part of the experience was that when we were still sleeping at about 7 o'clock in the morning, we were directly woken up by a staff uncle of about 50 years old from the small yard of the villa through the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors. The other side saw us and said a word of embarrassment and left.
Afterwards, the hotel staff called to ask me about my stay experience and I also said this, and the other party also left a good sentence and did not give me a follow-up.
The picture was taken before, and the price of the villa is almost close to the serious five-star price. The service is really not able to keep up.

The most amazing full-face large floor-to-ceiling windows, open the curtains to enjoy the whole West Lake scenery, during the day, you can hear crisp birds and cicadas by the window, accompanied by the lake style healing, immersive feeling of natural atmosphere.
The hotel is rich in facilities, afternoon tea and snacks with freshly ground coffee taste online; in the evening, taste special cocktails in the leisure area, full of atmosphere; there is also a mahjong room for leisure and entertainment, a variety of experiences one-stop satisfaction, cost-effective. The buffet breakfast the next day is not luxurious, but the basic categories are complete, the local special rice noodles taste authentic, full and satisfied.
From intimate service, beautiful lake view to a variety of leisure dining, the whole journey is comfortable and comfortable, it is an impeccable stay, I will choose here next time!
