"An absolutely wonderful vacation! We avoided the summer peak and my partner and I chose a ¥4888 package: the Cliff View Suite, Rose No. 5, which was fantastic! Our butler, Anna, was incredibly attentive, checking in with us daily, restocking anything we needed, and taking care of everything so thoroughly that we had no worries during our stay. The package included not only a double breakfast but also a complimentary autumn set menu and a travel photoshoot, all perfectly arranged, allowing me to fully relax and breathe in the fresh air. The hotel facilities and entertainment options were also great, with an outdoor infinity pool, outdoor archery, billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, and more – absolutely superb! My favorites were definitely the food and the travel photoshoot, very satisfying 👍👍. Must give five stars; it's perfect for busy city dwellers like us to relax and unwind."

"Overall, my stay was quite satisfying, and it's very suitable for a family vacation with kids. The hotel even gave us a free room upgrade during check-in, which was a great experience. The room's overall environment and hygiene were also good. The hotel's biggest advantage is its strong family-friendly nature. There are plenty of facilities for children to play with, so kids generally won't get bored. It's quite hassle-free for families with children to stay here. The entire resort environment is also nice. If you plan a two-day-one-night or three-day-two-night trip, you can pretty much just stay and play at the hotel. However, I personally felt the water park wasn't great value for money. There weren't as many actual rides as I expected, especially if you're coming specifically for the water park, you might find the content a bit sparse, and the ticket price is on the expensive side. Overall, the hotel accommodation and family-friendly experience are definite positives, and the service was good, with the free room upgrade being a nice touch. It's quite suitable for family vacations with children. If the water park had more attractions and a more friendly price, the overall experience would be even better."

"Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive."

"Right from the underground parking, there were thoughtful hotel signs guiding us. To my surprise, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic upon our arrival. They even gave my friend a little gift, and I received a sun hat too – it was such a warm gesture! They also upgraded my room to a higher category for free. The room was spotlessly clean, and I could relax and sunbathe. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and the gym even had a pool table, which the kids absolutely loved. The concierge also thoughtfully recommended some great dining spots nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again if I get the chance."

"I brought my kids here for the summer holidays. The room wasn't quite my style, but the service attitude was truly excellent. During my stay, the door lock wouldn't open, and I contacted Xiaoyue who immediately arranged for an engineer to fix it. I also encountered a small issue at one of the activities, and the on-site staff didn't know how to handle it. Again, Xiaoyue promptly stepped in and resolved it. These 5 stars are for Xiaoyue; she seems to be the resort's service ambassador, as she's the go-to person for most problems. Whether it was arranging a shuttle or getting items sent to the room, she handled everything perfectly. Sometimes her WeChat replies were a bit slow, and I actually considered complaining, haha, but then I saw at the front desk that Xiaoyue *was* the front desk! She was also checking guests in, so no wonder her replies were slow. After chatting for a bit, I realized how hard she works, having to attend to other guests too. Thumbs up for such great service! The room hygiene was also pretty good; it's hard to avoid some outdoor elements."

He was highly professional, his service was meticulous and attentive, and he handled all my requests perfectly. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, offering a quiet and pleasant living environment. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, combining local specialties with Western dishes. From service to amenities, everything was up to Marriott's usual standards. It's suitable for both business trips and short vacations, and I highly recommend it. The most commendable part was when I arrived for breakfast at 10 AM, just as the staff was clearing up. They immediately stopped what they were doing, proactively offered to get me food, and provided thoughtful service. Thumbs up!"

The pictures were so promising, the actual property is just next level. Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home. We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes. We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all. In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine. We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet). We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool. Thanks Jane! And please thank ayi on our behalf for the yummy meals.

This was my first time visiting Moganshan, and I booked the Shangpo B&B based on Ctrip's ratings and reviews. I was really impressed by the welcome letter, which showed the owner is cultured and thoughtful, and it immediately heightened my expectations for this 'paradise on earth'... The B&B is nestled amidst mountains and bamboo forests, with a three-story, reddish-orange Tuscan-style exterior that exudes a vintage charm. It feels incredibly exotic being surrounded by the bamboo sea and mountains. The environment here is serene and peaceful, truly a 'paradise away from the hustle and bustle' as described in the welcome letter. The room was clean and elegant, offering mountain views right from the moment you open the door. Every detail exuded a subtle luxury. My favorite part was the artwork in the common areas – several Picasso-esque paintings by Dutch artists, paired with light luxury, simple European furniture, creating a striking visual contrast between modern and vintage that sparks a unique aesthetic romance. Both the Chinese and Western meals here were incredibly delicious, fresh, and exquisitely prepared. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner could all be customized to guests' requests; it truly felt like everyone was a VIP. The service at the B&B was also outstanding. Coffee and mineral water were provided free of charge and unlimited throughout the day! The housekeeper was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to every request. This is, without a doubt, the best-serviced B&B I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!

Service: The owners were really chatty and made our two-day stay very comfortable. They even lent us fishing rods, haha (though we didn't catch anything!). Environment: Excellent! Superb. I'd love to come back for another vacation. The surrounding area is also great, very close to the creek. Cleanliness: Very clean and refreshing. Facilities: The design of both the room and the lobby is fantastic. The sofa is incredibly comfortable; it was super relaxing to curl up on it and play games. Also, a shout-out to the hot pot! It was delicious 😋

It was a truly delightful trip, relaxing and unwinding throughout. Aside from the accommodation, which was booked in advance, everything else was spontaneous, and we spent most of our time quietly resting. The B&B is run by a mother and daughter. They are warm and friendly, and their genuine love for life is evident. They even patiently opened the parking barrier for us time and time again. Both breakfasts were perfectly suited to my taste, and I enjoyed them slowly on my own. On my last day, I even received a lovely gift. I had planned to try wax sealing and visit the old house during the last half day, but it was crowded with people taking photos, so I didn't bother. The owner's thoughtful reminder upon departure was incredibly thoughtful. I even brought my 8-year-old dog with me, and got to know the B&B's ”locals”: Boss Ha, also 8, and Little Potato, 9 months old. Harry prefers quiet time and often sleeps inside; Little Potato is lively and hospitable, and especially loved playing with my dog—I captured many adorable moments with them.

Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

Location: Opposite Jun'anli, very close to the starting point of Moganshan Cross-country Race. You can clean up your stomach in the hotel and walk over to start running. You don't need to store your bag, let alone queue for the bathroom near the starting point. Environment: The whole villa with front and back yards is spacious and open. Because of the gate, it is private and well separated from the street. There is a large outdoor swimming pool and grass canopy in the yard. There are many small chairs, small tables, hanging chairs, and flowers and plants to rest and daze. The lobby on the first floor is very spacious, the sofa is very comfortable, and the combination of various exquisite furnishings and plants can show the boss's love for life. Many still life sketches can be taken in different small corners. Room: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, needless to say, the bedding is well-received, the bed is just soft and hard, and the latex pillow is very friendly to my sensitive neck! I slept very well for two nights. I like the windows on one wall, with a bamboo forest outside the window, and a wall like a painting. The frame does not change and the content of the painting changes with the seasons. The quality of various toiletries and aromatherapy is very good. The blueberries for welcome fruit are also washed in a box, touching! Breakfast: Choose according to the menu the day before. I'm incredibly lazy and rarely write positive reviews, but the hotel was the biggest surprise of this trip. Each room has a unique design and nickname, which is really cool. Just looking out the window from the hotel was enough to pass half the day. It's a great place for a short trip. The housekeeper even packed breakfast and sent it to my room a little after breakfast hours, which was very thoughtful. The souvenir is adorable and I'm already using it.

I brought my family here for a relaxing and therapeutic four-day, three-night getaway in the mountains. The customer service representative added me on WeChat, and communication was prompt and friendly. Our accommodation was upgraded to a villa room with a terrace. Waking up to the lush green mountains outside the window, listening to the birds and cicadas, was incredibly soothing for both mind and body. The hotel is located within the scenic area, so we could drive directly up the mountain without needing to transfer to a park shuttle bus, which was much more convenient for traveling with elderly family members. There was absolutely no need to leave the hotel during our stay. Every morning, we'd take a walk along the pedestrian paths in the scenic area, then come back to read, scroll on our phones, or nap on the terrace – it was a truly immersive and healing experience. We had all three meals at the hotel restaurant. One day, we ventured out to try a nearby restaurant for a change, but the noisy environment, disposable plastic cutlery, and high prices made us realize the hotel restaurant offered much better ambiance and service. After that, we decided to stick to dining at the hotel. The hotel's decor has a Republic of China 'old money' style, perfectly blending Chinese and Western characteristics, with quality evident in every detail. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay, and we look forward to returning in spring and autumn to enjoy the different scenery.

This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

My trip to Moganshan was spurred by a rare good weather weekend and a spontaneous decision. I blindly booked this B&B on Trip.com simply because I liked its name, 'Moshangyin'. I'm just a hopelessly spontaneous person. My suitcase packed clothes for tomorrow, my camera, and a bottle of red wine. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, hoping to get tipsy under a sky full of stars before drifting off to sleep. However, the reality was I ended up sharing that bottle of wine over a staff meal at the B&B. I met the lovely and fun Sister Fen, known as 'Moganshan's Queen', and the incredibly approachable and wise B&B owner, Da Ling. She cooked me delicious shredded pork noodles and helped me take many great photos. I was the only guest who got to join that meal, simply because I was the only solo guest at the whole B&B – how both sad and interesting is that? In my heart, Moshangyin in Moganshan definitely deserves a five-star review.
