"Traveling with family, we booked a suite and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms which was very convenient. There was also a separate living area. Although it's an older five-star hotel (some prefer modern design, but I lean towards classic styles), the facilities are still very well-maintained and up-to-date. The service was exceptional, from the doorman at the entrance, to the front desk during check-in, and even at the restaurant – everyone provided warm and enthusiastic service. Because the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations, the hotel generously upgraded the Executive benefits to a buffet dinner, which was a very classy move. The restaurant service was excellent, and the variety of food was impressive. A special thank you to Assistant Director Song from the F&B department for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a shout-out to the chef who makes the shumai for breakfast – it was delicious! And the Inner Mongolian milk tea was fantastic!"

"Arrived late at night, but the front desk was still incredibly welcoming. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they patiently answered all my questions about the services. The hotel's facilities are brand new and fully equipped, including smart toilets and humidifiers. There's plenty of complimentary bottled water in the room, and hot beverages are available 24/7 in the public areas. It was a really comforting stay after a long journey."

"The service was great! 😊 We stayed in an executive suite with our child, and it felt very spacious and comfortable. There were a few too few trash cans in the room, and it would be better to have another tissue box in the living room. They brought us a small fruit platter in the afternoon. The hotel also gave our child a welcome gift (a small elk plush toy), which they loved. I really liked the scent of the ThisWorks toiletries! 🥰 The nearby transportation and dining options (Little Sheep Hot Pot, a 3-5 minute walk; McDonald's and Miniso on the first floor of the mall) were all very convenient."

"This time, my spouse and I were traveling in Inner Mongolia, and we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Baotou Shimao Hotel, moving from Hohhot to Baotou. We were very impressed with their facilities, cleanliness, and service. In particular, their breakfast truly showcased the main specialties of Inner Mongolia, with a wide variety of items like shaomai, milk tea, and lamb offal soup, all of which tasted excellent. To receive such great service at this price point means the value for money is outstanding. "The room is quite spacious, larger than what you typically find in chain hotels. Breakfast is good; in addition to common dishes, bread, etc., they also offer freshly cooked noodles and wontons. They even have Mongolian milk tea. After the meal, there's fruit and yogurt."

"The first time I lived in oranges, the overall is still possible. The view of the parent-child suite is good and the view is wide. The first floor is equipped with an ice machine, orange juice, coffee machine, breakfast is mainly light card health. The hotel just opened last month, I think there is still a little decoration taste, but maybe there is the fragrance of the orange hotel. The two tastes are not obvious. Parking downstairs is convenient, the parking lot entrance is north of the hotel, and there are free parking spaces on the roadside. It is also very convenient to eat around, there are several famous restaurants within a five-minute walk. However, unknown small creatures were found on the first floor and in the room."

"Extremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it. First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries. Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities. Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant. After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician. Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret. If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island. In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel."
