Excellent
The environment is great, bright, spacious, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was too early to dine in, but a robot delivered a simple meal, which was a nice touch overall.

AAdrianRoom is good. Appreciate the extra services like: free use of bicycles; free evening hot milk; free supply of drinking water, small tidbits and fruits. Breakfast is nice too. Overall a worthy and great stay.

GGuest UserI haven't been here for a few years. The hotel has been renovated. I personally like the style very much. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain this state of continuous improvement.

We are two tourists from Canada and France. This hotel was recommended by one of our local friends and we really enjoyed it. The staff is helpful, the room is spacious and clean, and the location is ideal for people departing from the Donghe airport (10-15 min taxi ride). The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with food like red bean buns, self-serve noodles, coffee, bread, etc. and the overall quality of the hotel made our two-day stay in Baotou very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone there who was very warm and accomodating!

I booked through trip and contacted the owner Mr Bai directly and he arranged for me the transport to the grassland. This makes it possible for me to travel solo without joining the tour group. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. The gers (yurts) are mostly new so do expect a little hip cup but easily solved. Enjoy your stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay here!! The yurt was spacious, the design was a bit old-fashioned and basic but everything was functional. The activities were explained together with their price. I just chose the dinner and it was great. Samples of traditional meals, dances and the unique throat singing,and one could even wear the traditional clothes. Very touristy but fun!The other resorts are quite nearby tho so it wasnt as deserted as I was expecting but still gives one an idea of the grassland atmosphere. The staff was amazing! They took extraordinary care of me. They picked me up on the bus stop even without me requesting it and the next day drove me to the nearest town when the roads got flooded and the buses wouldn't come.They did it for free and my entire stay were really friendly and trying to make me feel welcome 😊

The place we navigated to was called Sun's Tribe. The store contacted us and sent us a new location called Hanatala. The stay was good, but the staff shouted ”Money is coming” to the front desk as soon as we entered the door, which was very uncomfortable. I looked at the menu and it was basically three times the price in the city.
