Guest UserFacilities: All facilities are new and fully equipped with smart technology, comparable to some mainstream first-tier hotels.
Environment: It's very dry in Inner Mongolia; the housekeeping staff gave us several bottles of water, which made things a little better.
Service: Excellent in all aspects; very close to Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology.

When I came to Baotou Qingshan District for a business trip, I didn't hesitate to choose to stay at Christine. The front desk added a coffee machine and enjoyed a cup of freshly ground American coffee every day. Breakfast is rich in variety, milk tea, lamb soup, noodles, and wontons. The room is oversized and the floor heating is sufficient. The service staff is very good.
The only downside is that the smart light switch in the room is a bit insensitive and the carpet is not very clean.

This is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions.
Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete.
Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good.
Environment: The room decoration is European style and not bad.
Service: I am really touched that a hotel at this price has service. Let's try it. The rating can still explain some problems.

Guest UserGood quality business hotel.
Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

Guest UserWe took our family to Xilamuren Grassland and stayed at Saibei Post Station. Stepping outside, we were greeted by vast grasslands, perfect for horseback riding and watching the sunset, all within easy reach. The yurt was meticulously cleaned; all weeds and dust were cleared from the ground, and the bedding was fresh and tidy. The en-suite bathroom was free of any odors or standing water. The owner was incredibly welcoming, even taking us to milk mares, which was a fantastic experience! The establishment also serves authentic hand-grabbed mutton. The owner guides guests to visit local herdsmen's pastures, offering a truly authentic grassland living experience. It felt very comfortable and reassuring to stay there.

The boss is very enthusiastic. Now the temperature difference in the grassland is very big. It is very cold at night. There are electric blankets in the yurt. The quilt is also very thick. It is better to have hot water to wash. It is convenient for the boss to pick it up. I will come to the grassland in the future. Come to this place, in short, the experience is great

Guest UserThe room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic trip! The owner even upgraded our room for free. The staff also proactively contacted us with directions before our arrival. It's the largest and most legitimate hotel in the area. When checking out, Xiao Jiao even gave some local specialties to my parents. I highly recommend more people to come here!

Guest UserBeautiful resort in the Xilamuren grasslands, with a mix of traditional yurts and unique modern-styled accommodations. I stayed in both types of accommodation and both were very comfortable. Full length windows offer views of the expansive grasslands in the day, while the yurts also have a unique skyroof design for stargazing on clearer nights.
Breakfast was quite simple local fare, mainly porridge with sides like pickles and egg, very filling. Lunch and dinner is not inclusive but there is a large menu that you can order from. The resort also has its own bar! I believe it is open nightly during the peak season of July/August, and depending on guest volumes at other times.
The boss Mr Da and his staff were so welcoming and kind. I travelled solo, and they added me on WeChat so that I could easily reach them if I had any questions or needs. Boss Da also very kindly took me to a few local sights and spots, since I did not have my own means of transport (感谢达老板!). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. If I were to visit Xilamuren again, Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort would definitely be my accommodation of choice.

I really enjoyed my stay here!! The yurt was spacious, the design was a bit old-fashioned and basic but everything was functional. The activities were explained together with their price. I just chose the dinner and it was great. Samples of traditional meals, dances and the unique throat singing, and one could even wear the traditional clothes. Very touristy but fun!The other resorts are quite nearby tho so it wasnt as deserted as I was expecting but still gives one an idea of the grassland atmosphere. The staff was amazing! They took extraordinary care of me. They picked me up on the bus stop even without me requesting it and the next day drove me to the nearest town when the roads got flooded and the buses wouldn't come. They did it for free and my entire stay were really friendly and trying to make me feel welcome 😊

Here's the updated review with that additional context:
Full Version
We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to one of the owners who went out of their way to organize activities for us and made our experience truly memorable. The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good.
That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile.

I recommend the horse riding off the main area as suggested, but the Happy Ranch activities weren't worth the time or money—though that's external, not the hotel's fault.
