"To be honest, this was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property, and I chose the one in Anji. I won't go on about the good points, but I do have a few areas I think could be improved. Firstly, the infinity pool being closed when it was over 30 degrees Celsius is questionable. Secondly, after swimming in the indoor pool, there were absolutely no towels available, not even a single one, and no bottled water either. Perhaps this was due to the off-season. Thirdly, during breakfast on the second day, my child found a hair in a pan-fried bun, which might have been due to it being freshly made. The dinner at both the Chinese and Thai restaurants was pretty good, and the butler was indeed very enthusiastic. The hotel environment was also quite good."

Booking at the last minute can cost over 1000 [yuan] per night, but booking the Mountain View Room in advance offers great value for money. Our butler, Kai, proactively upgraded us to a more spacious room and provided exceptional service, from a detailed introduction to daily greetings and constant assistance.
This is a place where you can enjoy hot springs, hike, swim in an infinity pool, paddle your own sculling boat, feed ducklings in the courtyard, and get around with shuttle services. GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

GGuest UserIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay.
Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too.
Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day.
Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place.
Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss.
After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

GGuest UserThe room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you!
We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good.
One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom.
Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

GGuest UserThe three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive.
Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation!
The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something.
The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing!
A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time.
4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
