GGuest UserWe stayed at Anji Bolu Yaoliang for 3 nights with our 1-year-old baby, and honestly, everything was just fantastic! We initially booked for only 2 nights, but because the hotel was so comfortable and beautiful, we spontaneously extended our stay by another night. This hotel boasts stunning views, whether it's sunny or rainy. The outdoor areas are filled with expansive, eye-soothing greenery, and there are even rows of wind chimes hanging from the trees. The interior design is incredibly comfortable, with beautiful details at every turn. I absolutely adore all the thoughtful design touches here!
The hotel's dining is above average, especially the breakfast, which I'd say is even better than what you find at many top-tier resort hotels in Sanya.
The hotel's service deserves 100 thumbs up! 👍🏻 Midway through our stay, due to fluctuating temperatures, our butler proactively contacted us to upgrade our room! Moreover, the staff here are incredibly kind and attentive to babies. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning personnel are very friendly. The restaurant staff didn't mind at all and offered to prepare steamed eggs, scrambled eggs, and steamed buns for our baby every morning… The service here genuinely feels like they care about their guests' well-being and want them to be comfortable, which was very touching and heartwarming for us.
For us, the hotel's scenery and service were almost perfectly flawless. We'll definitely be visiting every spring! We hope Bolu continues to thrive!

GGuest UserIt snowed on our second morning, which was incredibly lucky! The staff, especially one young man, was so warm and thoughtful. He proactively helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and almost every other small request we had was met with a 'yes'. In the evenings, there was a bonfire and roasted marshmallows, making for a superb experience. The scenery and environment are beyond words; every photo looks like it's straight out of a magazine. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

HHefuyaoTo be honest, this was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property, and I chose the one in Anji. I won't go on about the good points, but I do have a few areas I think could be improved. Firstly, the infinity pool being closed when it was over 30 degrees Celsius is questionable. Secondly, after swimming in the indoor pool, there were absolutely no towels available, not even a single one, and no bottled water either. Perhaps this was due to the off-season. Thirdly, during breakfast on the second day, my child found a hair in a pan-fried bun, which might have been due to it being freshly made. The dinner at both the Chinese and Thai restaurants was pretty good, and the butler was indeed very enthusiastic. The hotel environment was also quite good.

GGuest UserFor work reasons, I chose Manwanhua. The environment was exceptional, and I felt like I was on vacation. The tea plantations and buildings coexist harmoniously, and the infinity pool, reflecting the Metasequoia trees, creates a modern, stylish atmosphere. The housekeeping was proactive, responsive, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the metal fence around the pool was a creative way to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the evening, the breeze blew, and gazing at the stars was a relaxing experience.

BBetterCallDKI had a really nice stay at Little Forest Guesthouse. Sam, the manager, was super helpful the whole time. His English was great, and he made everything easy for us. We arrived pretty late, around 9:20 PM, and he still waited to help us check in, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and the service felt genuine and friendly. The place itself is quiet, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful views. I’m very happy with the stay and would definitely come back again.

The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room layout was well-designed with fantastic natural light. The hotel's location is super convenient, making getting around a breeze. All the facilities are top-notch – the laundry room, gym, and self-service breakfast area are all very well maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The service throughout my stay was exceptional; any request was promptly handled. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean, the toilet is automatic, and the B&B is positioned as high-end and relatively new. Very satisfied with my stay. But I was unlucky to encounter a rainy day, and the haze visibility was very low for two days, so the customers behind me gave me the most pertinent advice. It is recommended that you check the weather when checking in, and would rather check out than take any chances, because you can't see anything in the vast white sky. After driving for half an hour, you can't go anywhere and can only stay indoors. There is really no way not to be disappointed ( After all, I have been looking forward to it for a long time), but it is not worth the price. Maybe it’s because it’s positioned as an internet celebrity B&B, so I don’t usually worry about selling my house. I asked at the front desk whether I could upgrade the room type if the room was not fully occupied, but I was directly rejected. They said I could upgrade with a price difference, and they said the room was still available and I didn’t have to worry about it. Selling, I would like to make a small suggestion here. Although the weather problem cannot be controlled, if the service is optimized, the customer's mood will at least be better, and uninformed customers can also give a friendly reminder. Hotel service providers still have to Some people have better empathy~

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the mountaintop and has an exclusive VIP通道 (VIP access). Staff are on hand to help with luggage when going up or down to the rooms, and there's a dedicated hotel shuttle service everywhere. The service is excellent, saving a lot of effort for moms traveling with kids. Our butler was also very thoughtful, offering recommendations for the area and helpful tips, and promptly responded to any requests.
The skiing experience during our stay was great, the artificial snow was fantastic. The ski resort is quite spacious, and there are many surrounding entertainment options, which kept the kids happy.
The room had floor heating, a novel design, and the cleanliness was also good. The only drawback was the limited number of elevators, requiring some backtracking. But we would definitely come back again.
