It was cozy and comfort with well equipped kitchen.
Mattress may need to updated, otherwise tasty coffee at the lobby, easy in/out ski storage and storage room.
Public/ Hotel Parking underground also very convenient with payphone machines by hours.
It was so convenient free shuttle bus stop located just behind the Hotel every 5 minutes to the Village Bus Loop.
The staff was very informative and kind.

"Ececellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However,combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel."

"The check in staff was friendly and the bell boy was very helpful. Location was quite central in the village. A few things for my low rating is that the room was dusty and the air conditioning was very noisy and it was right beside the bed so it gets too cold. The other thing was the lift from the village side was not working on the day my friend wanted to visit and as she was on wheelchair, she could come into the hotel. There should be an extra lift for emergency. If she was to come through the front door, it was too far."

"The location is super convenient, just outside the main village of Whistler, and right next to the Whistler Golf Course driving range. It's within walking distance to the Whistler Gondola. There's a convention center, guest services, a supermarket, other hotels, and fast food nearby, so it's really handy.
We parked in the hotel's underground garage, which cost $27 a day. It was spacious and had Tesla fast chargers. The front desk had a paid coffee station with Nescafé capsule coffee for $2.50 a cup, and a vending machine, creating a nice little dining area that was quite comfortable. The lobby also had hanging basket swing chairs, which was a nice touch.
Front desk service was pretty good; they let us check in at 12:30 PM. The room looked clean and bright, simple yet elegant. It wasn't huge but had enough space for two people.
Whistler doesn't really have an off-season, so considering everything, this hotel offers excellent value for money."

"Hotel room is also big, clean and quiet location. However, there is a little hassle to drive to Blackcomb Village, but it would be a good choice for guests who want to stay in a room type in better condition than the location. "Very satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!"

"Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby.
Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean.
Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in.
Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location.
To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty.
Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out.
If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot."

"The most dog friendly hotel in Whistler. What truly impressed me was how thoughtful and warm the staff were — the front desk team actually remembered my dog’s name, which made us feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel does not charge any extra pet fee, and they provide everything dogs might need, including dog towels, water bowls, and even a toy that you can take home. These little details really show how much they care.
Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!"

DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

GGuest UserThe Fairmont is a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and the Skylynx shuttle bus to and from Vancouver stops right at the door, which is very convenient. The Christmas decorations are also beautiful. Overall, it's decent, but the free coffee is only available from 5-7 am. It gets quite crowded and lively, and there are convenient places to eat, but it's better if you prefer a quieter atmosphere year-round.

The amenities like the kitchen made life so much easier and was nice and spacious, the bed was more on the uncomfortable side but having the ability to step outside the hotel and you’re already in the village was unreal!

GGuest UserConveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.
Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away.
The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended.

EethankaoThe rooms are comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The service is also quite prompt and responsive upon request. The fireplace was a huge bonus during the winter. The hotel is a bit removed from Whistler Centre, so you'll need to take the shuttle, which runs approximately every 30 minutes. The shuttle schedule, however, wasn't always reliable.

GGuest UserBeautiful room,full kitchen ,stove,oven,big refrigerator ,coffee maker,kettle,toaster,microwave oven,dish washer,big tub,large dinning room table,air condition was on and room cool,refrigerator was on and cool.Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰

The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
