"Ececellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However,combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel."

"Stayed 3 nights in the studio that has nice mountains view. It was cozy and comfort with well equipped kitchen. Mattress may need to updated, otherwise tasty coffee at the lobby, easy in/out ski storage and storage room. Public/ Hotel Parking underground also very convenient with payphone machines by hours. It was so convenient free shuttle bus stop located just behind the Hotel every 5 minutes to the Village Bus Loop. The staff was very informative and kind. "This hotel is perfectly located in the town center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, and right next to the cable car. Parking is available for an additional fee. Other than that, everything was great, offering excellent value for money."

"It requires to pay for parking, but the parking is in the hotel so it is quite convenient. The service is great. There isn’t a lot of space in the room and the restroom for putting our items. The room is nice, it has a good Samsung TV and a small refrigerator."

"The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The service is also quite prompt and responsive upon request. The fireplace was a huge bonus during the winter. The hotel is a bit removed from Whistler Centre, so you'll need to take the shuttle, which runs approximately every 30 minutes. The shuttle schedule, however, wasn't always reliable."

"The location is perfect. Great staff specially the one's from Front Desk. Very accommodating and cheerful to assist. We love that they have good coffee, their toiletries are outstanding. The only thing is we went for the pool area to relax but it was very dirty. The sauna was not set yet so we had to wait. The hot tub was warm not hot enough. Understandable that its outside pool so definitely there is going to be a lot of tree debris but if to maintain it is possible to keep it clean. The floor are of the pool accumulated a lot of sandy texture and a lot of floating stuffs."
