Amazing
GGuest UserOur family of five, including three young kids, had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku Okubo. The hotel is conveniently located near Okubo Station, making it a perfect base to explore Tokyo, yet it offers a peaceful and welcoming retreat from the city's bustle. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. Mr. Agawa, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, his warm demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with every request made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in ensuring visitors have a seamless and enjoyable stay, but Mr. Agawa epitomized that spirit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The hotel's calm and family-friendly environment allowed us to relax after busy days of exploring. We wholeheartedly recommend Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku Okubo to anyone visiting Tokyo. With its prime location and the exceptional hospitality of staff like Mr. Agawa, it’s a gem we’ll be happy to return to on our next trip!

GGuest UserWonderful stay at House Ikebukuro. The hostess reached out beforehand to ensure a smooth check in and showed me to my room. The room was wonderful and just what I needed to rest before leaving on a flight the next day. Was in a good location, close to everything but on a quiet street. Would recommend and stay here again.

TTsang HarryThe hotel is located in the residential area of Iriya, and the environment is relatively quiet and quiet. There are convenience stores and bento shops within walking distance, but there are fewer restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel is located between Ueno and Asakusa. It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to these famous attractions, and you can enjoy the scenery of people's livelihood along the way. There is also a bus stop nearby, and you can reach more sightseeing spots in about 15 minutes by bus. There is an elevator in the hotel, but you need to go up a flight of stairs to check in and out, which may cause some inconvenience to the elderly. The overall decoration retains the characteristics of Japanese-style houses. There are lockers at the entrance to change shoes, and then there is a Western-style living room with coffee, tea and snacks. Refrigerators are also provided in the corridor on the third floor. The room type I stayed in did not have a private bathroom, but there was a simple wash basin and mirror in the entrance. The room adopts a traditional tatami design, which is very comfortable and clean, and is spacious for single or double occupancy. The sound insulation effect is good, and there is air conditioning, TV and wardrobe in the room, but there is only one charging plug. In addition, the room also provides Japanese yukata to wear as pajamas in the hotel to enhance the Japanese-style stay experience. The bathroom is separate for men and women. It is located on the first and second floors. It adopts a typical Japanese design and is equipped with a dressing room, shower room and bathtub. You can fully experience Japanese bathing culture. There are also self-service laundry facilities on the ground floor. In general, Sakura Inn is a very unique Japanese-style B&B with a comfortable overall environment, considerate service, and high cost performance. It is highly recommended to travelers who like Japanese life experience.

AAnonymous UserA single-family homestay, fully self-service, the hotel has no management staff, tatami room, floor mat, very comfortable to sleep, clean and hygienic The guestbook shows that there are basically more Korean tourists One thing that really deducts points. Someone actually tried to enter my room in the middle of the night! Very scary! Through the peephole, I saw that it was a couple of tourists staying in the room. They were not Chinese, but probably Korean. They must have walked into the wrong room, but they kept trying the password until the system reported an error. They also tried to force the door open. I was scared to death It is not recommended for girls to stay alone. It is too dangerous without management staff. And the room is on the first floor (the second floor is a six-person room). There is no anti-theft window outside. The safety factor is really low If there are boys in the same group, if you don’t consider safety, the overall hotel is still very good. High cost performance, convenient travel, direct to Narita Airport

__WeChat38533****Location: It's near Senso-ji Temple, but quite a walk from the subway station, about ten minutes. Facilities: The room is quite small, the bathroom is okay, but the toilet is so tiny you can't even close the door. The air conditioning unit was leaking quite a bit, probably from being on constantly. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, housekeeping only comes once every four days, so you basically have to take out your own trash. Overall: For the same price, I'd definitely choose one of the hotels closer to the Asakusa subway station next time.

GGuest UserWhen you check into this hostel, you need to pick up your own items like towels, a comb, a toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs, and slippers from the front desk. You’ll have to carry them to your room without a tray to hold them. The sleeping area has bunk beds, but there’s a lack of privacy. On the second floor, there’s a gap about the width of a hand between your bunk bed and the one next to it, making it easy to hear others. Additionally, there are no individual lockers by each bed to store your luggage securely. For female guests, accessing the women’s bathroom requires passing by the men’s toilet, which may feel inconvenient or uncomfortable. Thanks for the complimentary drink.  There is also a common kitchen on the third floor with free water and you can also use the microwaves to heat your food.

GGuest UserThe cottage-style room locks the second Sam turn at the top of the entrance door and the electricity in the room is half gone. I think the hotel side is probably locked from the outside for management and the electricity in the room is turned off. I think that there was a comment that the room was not turned on by the word of mouth that the person who did not know the mechanism experienced the phenomenon that the electricity was not turned on. I also noticed at check-out, so I thought it would be good to write, ”If you lock the Sam turn at the top of the door, the electricity will not be half turned on.”

NNick & ChristineThe place is small but everything is well equipped. There is heating and air conditioning for all seasons. It is worth living near the Tokyo Skytree at this price. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. The room has no odor. It is very suitable for short-term stay. The mattress is ergonomic and I slept very well~ The place is a little remote, suitable for self-driving tourists to come and stay. There is a parking lot within a five-minute walk nearby for ¥400, open from 22:00 to 8:00 all night.
