the location is great, the Kiba station is a 5 minute walk and there are many konbinies and supermarkets in the area
the staff kindly let us keep the luggage in the hallway for a day👍

Comfortable room. Good bathroom with complete toiletries. It's close to the metro and convenience stores (7-Eleven, Aeon supermarket). There is a 24-hour food shop in front of the hotel. It's a quiet place. Overall excellent stay if you're on a budget.

Прекрасный небольшой отельчик. Недалеко от станции метро Киба, парка Киба. Завтраки и обеды можно получить в кафе при отеле. Вкусно и недорого. Все удобства в номере. В отеле есть лифт и отдельная лестница. Номер небольшой, но очень комфортный. Напротив отеля есть ещё кафе, в 2 минутах ходьбы наличие магазинов и кафе. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

房間比外面其他酒店大了不少，距離地鐵站很近，就是床墊太軟了！
附近環境挺好，有個木場公園、東京都現代美術館，可以散散步、逛逛！總體來説還不錯！
