"Had a wonderful 1-night stay at La Carmela de Boracay! Even though it was a short trip, I got some amazing rest. I slept for three hours right after checking in and another solid eight hours at night because the bed was so comfortable.The room was very clean, and all the amenities—the air conditioner, TV, and refrigerator—were working perfectly. I also loved that the room had its own private terrace and even included a Bible. While I didn't get a chance to try the pool, the hotel’s location is excellent since it is just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay! And thank you trip.com for giving promo and I got a chance to stay in this hotel."

"This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!"

"Lime Hotel Boracay – 6/10 I stayed at Lime Hotel Boracay for 3 nights and was quite disappointed. While the hotel enjoys a good reputation (especially their El Nido property), this location fell short on maintenance and comfort. Pros: Great location along the main Boracay road — very convenient for restaurants, shops, and the beach. Staff were generally friendly. Major Issues: • The room wasn’t well-maintained: worn doors (entrance and CR) needing renovation, walls with molds and cracks, stains on bed sheets and towels, and a funky smell from the toilet bowl (likely drainage). • Biggest problem: The AC turned on automatically at a freezing 16°C. When we raised it to 23°C, the room became extremely humid — everything (floor, mirror, doors, bed, and even gadgets) got wet.
The front desk lady had no idea and called maintenance. The technician explained it happens when the AC is turned off or set higher, and mentioned the inner walls are made of styrofoam (showing cheap construction). No one warned us beforehand. • Just before checkout, our key card suddenly stopped working. We had to call staff, who struggled for about 10 minutes to open the door. This reinforced the ongoing door maintenance problems. We requested a room change but were told everything else was booked. The hotel layout is also inconvenient — stairs to reach the elevator and more stairs to your floor. Housekeeping communication was poor too. We requested cleaning, but the room wasn’t done even after we informed the front desk we had left. Overall, small issues stacked up and ruined the stay. Fine for a quick 1-night stop thanks to the location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. Management needs to fix the AC/moisture problem, doors, and general maintenance soon."

"The housekeeping team was excellent—very attentive and professional. The location is great, close to the beach and all major attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. However, the pillows were old and uncomfortable, and while the bed was acceptable, it wasn’t particularly comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory overall. The mango vinegar dressing was delicious, and the omelets and scrambled eggs were well prepared. Unfortunately, the cheese was of poor quality. Service throughout the hotel was good."

"1st day palang nasira na araw nmin nakailang kami lipat ng room una binigay samin pang disable na room walang curtain un shower delikado madulas pag basa .2nd hindi pool side un view imbakan ng mga drum or materials ee nagbayad kami para sa pool view. Kaya ayun 1st day palang sa Bora sira agad araw namin. Sana nextime alam din ng front desk un klase ng room na bnbgay nila sa guest para familiar sila"

"I would like to express my gratitude to the entire hotel team, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable! The hotel itself is completely new, everything is done stylishly and tastefully and with care for the guests. I liked the location, because it is close to the beach and away from the noisy places. It is worth noting that the hotel is located on a small hill, the road is uphill, but it was not difficult for me to go there. The cleaning came regularly, I did not even need it that often.  All the towels and sheets are snow-white and new. They even have new slippers for the beach ,that was cute. The staff themselves were very polite and kind, I was especially touched that when I got poisoned from the food i ate at the beach restaurant they helped me with an ambulance and separately prepared dietary breakfasts for me. Thank you very much for this!  I think that the hotel and the team deserve the highest reviews!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend couple's retreat. The layout of the property is fantastic, featuring modern, well-maintained facilities that never felt overcrowded. Our bed provided exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Customer service was remarkably attentive and polite. It is a wonderful destination if you are looking to unwind and relax in style."

"This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day."
