"Overall, I really liked everything. The hosts are very pleasant and welcoming; they even gave us a cute box of cookies for Christmas, which was so sweet. They're always ready to help if you need anything, so I'll definitely be back. The rooms might not be the newest, but they don't charge exorbitant prices for them either. It's a good place!!! However, the photo of the beach right nearby is misleading."

"Very attentive and friendly staff. Sea breeze foods are always delicious and amazing. The rooms are well kept. Love how we can approach the staff and asked for the beach bench and they’ll help us secure one. We enjoyed our stay there. Thanks to the team for making it enjoyable for our family."

"We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices. A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops."

"Hotel room doesn't have its own bathroom. Location wise it is very near the center of kalibo. Staffs are friendly. Room was clean enough. A bit of letdown was the absence of a private bathroom had to use a common one outside down the hallway."

"We chose this hotel for its location – it’s right across the road from the seaport and only 7 minutes from the airport. Perfect for a layover or an early flight, that’s a huge plus. The hotel itself is new (or recently renovated), you can tell by the paintwork and furniture. The bedding is good, the room isn't tiny, and the shower is relatively spacious. The air conditioning blows powerfully. Nearby, in the building next door, there's a Watsons (cosmetics, all sorts of useful bits and bobs) and a 7/11 across the street – handy if you've forgotten something and need it urgently. On the downside, there's the food. There are absolutely no cafes nearby. It's either a local greasy spoon with trans fats (like a local KFC) or hot dogs from 7/11. You couldn't stay here for a week, but for an overnight stay – it's fine. There's no kettle in the room. You'd think it's no big deal since there's a water cooler on the floor. BUT! The hot water in the cooler on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go down the stairs to the next floor for boiling water. A minor inconvenience, but annoying. The next downside is the water in the shower. In the evening, there's simply none. Neither cold nor hot – just a drip, as if someone decided to save money. Want to wash up after your journey? Wait until 5 AM. That's when the water pressure wakes up with the roosters. (No kidding, that's what we did!) And then there's the elevator – that's a whole other story. Folks, it's a nightmare. The elevator constantly gets stuck and breaks down. We had to lug our huge suitcases up and down the stairs from the fourth floor – that was annoying enough. But in the morning, when we needed to leave urgently for the airport, we got stuck in the elevator with our suitcases. Just like a bad movie! I have a panic fear of getting stuck, and here we were, pressed for time, and thoughts of 'what if it's for a long time?' started creeping in. Anyway, thanks for fixing it, but it left a significant bad taste. Verdict: This hotel is a one-time stay – if you need to be close to the port and the airport. But only if you're lucky with the water and the elevator doesn't decide to give you an extreme experience. Management, the elevator is no laughing matter, it's a safety issue, please take action!!"

"First of all this is a hotel next to big truck parking which is active even during the night time. My room on the 6th floor was repainted white color but the quality of the repainting is low. On the wall you see that someone uses white color after repainting. Food on the rooftop is of a very high quality possible 4 star hotel. French toast is very good but Italian pizza Is average. The area is very poor and looks dangerous as well road looks like in African poor counties but I use a tricycle to come from the port and to the airport."

"This hotel is currently running in soft opening mode as the rooftop area is currently under construction to provide a rooftop bar and an increased gym area. I stayed in one of the suites and had a wonderful time at Mandarin Bay right at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the transportation service offered at a reasonable price is worth it."

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and I like their CR because its clean and well maintained and also they have a bidet its very satisfying to me. And walking distance at the beach and also its very convinient to stay at shore because near in fastfoods, supermarket and laundry shops."

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back."

"This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind on Boracay, boasting a beachfront location right by S1, which is incredibly advantageous! You step right out to the beautiful blue sea and sky. Facing the ocean, a walk to the left takes you to the lively area with all sorts of restaurants, while a walk to the right leads to a more tranquil zone with high-end hotels and a spacious beach. We spent a wonderful week here with my family, it was absolutely perfect!"
