This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff were both friendly and highly professional. We loved our executive suite—it was so cozy and offered stunning views of the beach. The food was delicious, and it's clear the chefs are highly skilled and take great pride in their presentation. We also truly appreciate the wonderful surprise cake and beautiful bed decorations they arranged for my daughter’s birthday. It made her special day even more memorable! I will definitely be back and will continue to recommend this place to my family and friends (I’ve already started!). Thank you all for an amazing stay!

This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

When I first arrived, I found the hotel wasn't as stunning as I'd imagined, mainly because the architecture felt too modern and not like a resort. However, the hotel's excellent service soon became apparent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the vacation feel more like a true getaway. Breakfast was simply amazing. The pool connects directly to the beach and the ocean, and the hotel even has its own private bay. There are three restaurants at the hotel, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The rooms were also quite good. The hotel offers airport transfers, but they're a bit expensive. The location is somewhat remote; while the hotel does provide shuttle service to D'Mall, the frequency is limited.

I love that we have access to the beach that faces the sunrise. The beach was nice and clean and not crowded. The breakfast spread changes everyday and food is delicious. Nice pool. Quie and peaceful. Staff are helpful and friendly. Perfect for digital nomads because internet is very fast. There's a 7-11 in the area so you can grab some food at anytime. The place is safe from hawkers.

Before our trip, we honestly thought Boracay might be a bit overrated because of all the mixed reviews and comments we had read. However, our stay at Belmont Hotel Boracay completely changed that perception. One of the things we appreciated most was having the best of both worlds. Whenever we wanted to experience the lively and crowded side of Boracay, we could easily head out and enjoy it. But after a long day at the beach and the busy tourist spots, it was always a relief to come back to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Waking up every morning to a quiet and serene environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel gave us the option to choose between the vibrant energy of Boracay and a more exclusive, tranquil retreat whenever we wanted to unwind. Because of that balance, we genuinely enjoyed every day of our Boracay vacation. What we initially thought might be an overrated destination turned into a trip filled with wonderful memories, comfort, and relaxation. This is a trip we will always treasure—truly one for the books. Our whole stay was great overall — we really enjoyed our time here! Check-in was a bit delayed at first because they hadn’t yet prepared the complimentary cake and birthday setup they promised, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. The lobby is lovely, smells fresh and clean, and we were served welcome drinks right away while we waited. The staff were generally polite and helpful too. I did witness one incident though: another guest was having a long discussion about not getting back their security deposit for their second room. It took a while, and the guest even asked to speak with a manager, but in the end it was sorted out and it turned out the guest was right all along. I’m just thankful nothing like that happened to us during our stay. Location-wise, it’s right on the beachfront — perfect! Our room was a bit of a walk from the shore, but honestly, we didn’t mind it at all. It gave us a chance to move around, get some steps in, or walk off our meals before heading back 😂 The room itself was very spacious and smelled nice, but we did encounter quite a number of mosquitoes and fleas — I ended up with a lot of bites! Thankfully I didn’t get sick or contract dengue, but I hope they can improve pest control, especially since the rooms are surrounded by greenery and a forest-like setting. The shower was also a little tricky to adjust the temperature and pressure, but manageable. What I really appreciated was their service: they constantly refilled our drinking water and even replenished all toiletries and supplies regularly, even if we hadn’t finished using them yet — not many hotels do that! They also provided free slippers when we asked, and having umbrellas available in the room for us to use anywhere was such a lifesaver, especially since it was rainy season and my husband forgot ours back in Manila. ☔ The breakfast buffet was another highlight — the selection changed every day, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband and I truly looked forward to it each morning. Overall, our whole stay was wonderful. We will definitely book here again when we return to Boracay — just next time, I’ll make sure to bring plenty of insect repellent and lotion! 😂

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy our trip. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

The customer service here is impeccable. Special mention to Ms. Jenn, who accommodated nearly all of my special requests — most notably, she allowed me to use a private network one evening when I urgently needed to connect for an online meeting. That kind of flexibility is truly commendable. My only concern was a distinct barbecue smoke smell that had lingered in the walls of my room. It was quite noticeable, though I believe it was isolated to that particular room, as the other rooms we booked had no such issue at all.
