KKat12345This hotel was wonderful! The location is excellent, food is great, staff very polite. It has a private area at the beach which is a big plus. Rooms are cozy and the bed is very comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, but they close around 10 or 11 pm so it’s perfect for relaxing and sleeping well. Small suggestions: in the “quiet areas” (the pool side) you could reinforce the rule of actually being quiet. People and kids screaming and randomly blasting music over the speakers is not the best environment for a nice and relaxing massage or a nap. The same goes for the beach beds, obviously there aren’t enough of them (as it’s a government rule, which is fine of course), however, almost every day of our stay one whole area was used for different events, so the staff would take the sun beds away around 4, when it’s the nicest weather and sunshine for chilling at the beach. Additionally, the furniture in the rooms is really heavy and it makes insane noise when moved; it would be a great improvement putting something on the furniture legs to soften the sound. These are just some small suggestions so that the place can be perfect! But I really enjoyed my stay and I would go back to this hotel!

CChewy MeiWe’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights.
The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM.
Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by.
We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten.
Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

AArthur KalantaryanI had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

PPurpConsidering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view, with comfortable beds and good blackout curtains for sleeping in. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options. Since it’s a beach front hotel, we enjoyed dipping both in the beach and the pool. We also enjoyed the foam party.
