AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coastâs best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of allâ-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names butâ to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

AArthur KalantaryanI had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool â they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home â nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with
The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture.

Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

GGuest UserEverything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience.
Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out â everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them â a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

DDarina Muradyantâs a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - itâs big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldnât enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. Seriously, at this price, just book it without hesitation.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my fatherâs 70th birthday â it meant a lot to us.
