"Hotel Grand Waterworld Makadi Everything at the top level. The territory is huge, crooked, just drowns in the green. Aquapark is a separate delight: rollers for any taste, work on schedule for adults, no queues, you can roll all day. The room is spacious, with a large terrace, cleaned every day, lingerie fresh, no problems. Food restaurants for any taste. Especially pleased a la carte (Italian and Turkish fingers licked). In the main restaurants too everything is delicious and diverse, always there are fish, meat, seafood, lots of fruit and dessert. Rest here complete pleasure. Full freedom, silence when you want, and entertainment when you want. In the evening live music in the lobby bar, a pleasant atmosphere, you can drink a cocktail with sunset views. Staff friendly and non-intrusive. Wi-Fi is free throughout the territory. I'll definitely come back here again! The hotel is really pulling on a firm European five."

"Traveling alone in Hurghada, I didn't have high expectations for the hotel. The host was very kind and always available. He even rode his bike to take me to the taxi stand right outside. Getting around was very convenient. The hotel also has a large beach and swimming pool. The food was delicious. I had a perfect holiday. I'll definitely come back next time. The price is truly excellent value for money!! Fellow travelers, go for it! The room had a beautiful and comfortable view, and everything was very complete."

"I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"Chose the Castle Hotel and wasn't disappointed—it's truly beautiful. Check-in experience: 1. Regarding the frequently mentioned room allocation issue: I booked a two-night sea-view room, but was initially given a harbor-view room in building #2. When I requested a change, they said nothing was available, so Trip.com compensated me with part of the price difference. Later that evening, I spoke with a different front desk agent who, with a very pleasant attitude, offered to help coordinate a change for the next day. I ended up choosing building #3, which is by the pool, over building #5. The location is very convenient. Tips: Buildings #3, #4, and #5 all offer good views. Building #3 is close to the pool and restaurant, with 90% European and American guests, giving it a more resort-like atmosphere. Building #5 is often recommended on Xiaohongshu, so it tends to have more Chinese guests. 2. Regarding the overall experience: 🏝️: The entire hotel feels like a giant cruise ship. You don't need to leave the hotel, yet you can still walk 20,000 steps a day, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and evening shows always available. You can swim in the pool or at the beach, then grab a cocktail and relax on a sun lounger. 🍽️: The food is decent, but might not suit traditional 'Chinese palates.' The best part was the freshly baked croissants with chocolate sauce for breakfast, paired with coffee, while sitting at a sea-view spot. You could clearly see fish in the ocean even ten meters away. 🛏️: The room facilities are good—not brand new but clean and comfortable. The bedding is excellent (finally no pilling!), and I slept very well. Service: All the staff I encountered were very friendly! Most people I passed on the way would smile and greet me. Overall, I highly recommend it! It's a good idea to communicate your room preferences in advance when checking in."

"Overall, it was great, no real flaws, right? If I had to point out something, it would be the per-person charge, even if two people share a room. But I'd recommend staying a maximum of two days, otherwise the all-inclusive hotel buffet will get boring. - The hotel's main restaurant has a stylish, natural, and simple decor, and lots of birds come to eat scraps. - The hotel's private beach is beautiful, but the sea nearby isn't particularly clear or light blue. - The service was exceptionally good. Even when sitting in the lobby restaurant without drinks, someone would proactively ask what you'd like and offer you a drink. There was no overcharging for tips. After checkout, they didn't take back your wristband, so you could continue sitting in the lobby waiting for your flight, and someone would still come to ask what you'd like to drink. Going to eat after checkout should be fine too, but we didn't. Overall, the service and environment are probably the best in Hurghada, as long as it's relatively new."

"During our two-day trip to the Red Sea, we chose two all-inclusive hotels to stay. It was through this comparison that we realized that this one was really great😅 The rooms are all suites, which are large and exquisite. The overall environment and swimming pool are of high quality. The highlight meals are very delicious. They are all exquisite a la carte dishes. There is no sales promotion in the hotel (the staff will just keep asking you if you want it) Drink something 🤣) The only small drawback is that it is difficult to make reservations at some restaurants. It may take a few extra days to make reservations."
