"Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor. I hope future cleanings will also pay attention to this. Other than these points, our experience was very good!"

"The room is very clean, smart toilet, electric curtains, small balcony, equipped with a projector, but you need a video member, otherwise you can try it for a few minutes. The environment is very good, there is an ocean ball and billiard table on the first floor, there is a trampoline and a swimming pool in the yard, suitable for parent-child travel, behind is the bamboo forest, the landlord said that you can experience digging bamboo shoots and picking tea, and when you leave, you also sent a pack of white tea very intimately ❤"

"This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; it's incredibly well-maintained. The butler and customer service staff were exceptional. I do have a suggestion though: it would be great if the Rainbow Bridge had a bicycle ramp, perhaps a few dozen centimeters wide, so bikes could be pushed across (cycling isn't allowed, but at least pushing them would be possible). Cycling around Taihu Lake is a growing trend in sports tourism, and I believe this would add a new attraction and draw more guests to the Moon Hotel."

"Choosing a guesthouse was a good option for our group of four friends. We happened to have a suite with a small loft. It was a family-run guesthouse; the owner seemed to live there himself. The most unique feature was Lulu, a sika deer. My friends especially loved her; she was very gentle and didn't smell much. Lulu was very clean, haha, but she was a bit greedy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, a typical Chinese family breakfast: porridge, fried noodles, steamed buns, eggs, corn, etc. Lulu especially loved the corn, haha. Driving is better for getting around. If you need a taxi, you'll have to call about 20 minutes in advance. If you're lucky, a driver will be available immediately after you book, but if no one is passing by, you'll have to wait a while. The guesthouse also had an automatic mahjong machine. We were the only ones playing that day, haha. The owner was very nice; he even reminded us when we were playing late. If you need any help, you can contact him directly via WeChat. The room was quite clean, and we slept well. The air was really fresh and comfortable. It was drizzling a little when we went, otherwise we could have sat on the lawn, had coffee, and chatted about the three lakes. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"A resort hotel in Moganshan. Over the weekend, with great weather and comfortable temperatures, I met up with friends to enjoy a relaxing two-day trip, complete with a BBQ and hot springs. The hotel has convenient parking with a decent-sized lot, and there are charging stations right at the main entrance, which is very handy. Outdoors, there are five fairly large tables perfect for dining and drinks. The overall environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the TV is a bit old, small, and doesn't support screen mirroring. 😀"

"For me, I like to stay at homestays everywhere. It is said that the design style of the Lucun Boya Manor is planned by the owner of the manor himself, and it looks very particular [strong] We drove around a sea of flowers, and a gate that came into our eyes was like the door of a cottage, with its branches and leaves, and it was vibrant. It looked like leisure and entertainment. A vaulted climbing vine rose attracted me! Photographers everywhere. The front field should be prepared for camping! There are a lot of tents ⛺️, small chairs 🪑, and it’s good to bring children over to play during holidays. It’s good to participate in their small activities. Many details of taking pictures and punching in are quite mirrored. Look at the koi fish in the pool in your free time, and your mood has improved! That swimming 🏊, it is good to take the children to relieve the heat in summer! I booked without breakfast, and the breakfast for 28 people at my own expense was also quite cost-effective."

"I felt that I had unexpectedly stayed in the warmest B&B. It was really perfect. Surrounded by tea mountains and bamboo seas. From the owner to every friend in the B&B, they were all very enthusiastic but just right. It was so comfortable that you felt like visiting a friend's house. All questions were answered! Recommended attractions, coffee shops, and features! They even asked you which restaurants were open during the Spring Festival! The restaurant was very ok! I had breakfast and lunch!! Thumbs up! There was also red bean soup and bonfire roasted chicken in the evening! The Tingjian we booked was a tatami room, which was perfect for bringing kids!!! The location was super good! It only takes more than ten minutes to go anywhere! The boss can also make you a pot of tea and chat with you for five yuan! What a fairy B&B! My sister and I both praised it! If this trip is 100 points, it must be because I met such a B&B! I will stay here again next time I go to Huzhou!"

"The tatami room that we originally upgraded to walked in had a musty smell, and we changed back to the original twin bed. The room at the elevator entrance was super small and half the size of other rooms. Because of the poor quality of sleep, I wanted to change to a room farther from the elevator entrance. When I went down to say that there were other guests registering, I told me that the room was full. Obviously, there were people who checked in after taking the room card. It was very speechless. It was obviously a hot spring hotel. It was not possible to soak in the hot spring. The outdoor pool was close to 30 degrees on the day of check-in. The outdoor pool was not allowed to play. Animals have rabbits and sheep. There is only an amusement park for a child to play, adults have not experienced anything, the experience is very poor, never go again"

"I've been to Huzhou many times, but this was the most satisfying visit. The hotel's exterior resembles a conference center, leading me to believe it was just a typical business hotel. However, the rooms were surprisingly cozy and charming. The birthday surprise was a hit with my child, and we appreciate the hotel's thoughtful arrangements. The staff were all very polite. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. She provided complimentary tickets to the nearby Giraffe Manor, where my child fed the giraffes and many other animals, spending most of the day there. It's like a mini zoo. If you don't want to have breakfast while watching the giraffes, I think staying at the manor would be much better; this place would be perfect. The children's playground features a Morandi color scheme, which is very soothing and photogenic. However, due to the open-plan design, the public areas were a bit chilly in winter due to insufficient heating. The coffee at the coffee bar was good. We used the complimentary coffee voucher to order hazelnut and vanilla lattes, both of which were excellent. Before leaving, the hotel also provided a local souvenir—a very elegant bamboo-shaped aromatherapy diffuser. I happen to use aromatherapy diffusers, so I really liked it. Overall, I am very satisfied. The butler's service was also very meticulous. I will choose Xisai Zhenyue again next time!"
