5 stars! Best family stay in Nan Xun Water Village! We booked this beautiful minsu last-minute because of the China Internet Summit – everything else was full. What a lucky find! It became the absolute highlight of our 2-day trip with parents, husband, and our 1-year-old baby. From the moment we arrived by boat, right at the hotel doorstep, everything felt magical. Staff took our luggage straight to the room. After lunch, we enjoyed the famous “tea three ways” welcome. So relaxing after a long day of travel. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly designed with traditional water town style – wooden beams, soft lighting. Our little boy loved watching the boats pass by. At night, they surprised us with sweet soup dessert served riverside. We sat under the stars, sipping warm dessert while the minsu’s friendly dog “Tiao Tiao” gently played with our baby. The photos and videos we took look like they belong in a magazine (thanks to the photogenic interior!) Everything (boat transfer, tea ceremony, dessert, even the dog cuddles) was included. Perfect for families who want authentic water village experience without stress. Highly recommend!

I had a very satisfying one-night stay. I tried the complimentary boat shuttle service, which was very convenient for getting from the East Gate to the guesthouse. The owners were both very warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. They also offered a complimentary 'Three Tea' ceremony, which tasted great and had a distinct Huzhou flavor. The decor is quite new, and the room was clean. The location is also excellent, very close to the North Gate of the ancient town and all the attractions within it. I'm very pleased.
