"I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!"

"The service at the concert was good: I came to Huzhou to watch Xu Song's concert. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk guy taking pictures of the guests. My friend came to pick me up and I didn't have time to ask. When I came back in the evening, the guy saw us taking selfies and asked us and said it was free! The key is that the photos are super good! ! The service is also super good. When you check in, you will get Xu Song's birthday card and many small peripherals (fans and so on). The experience is full. The catering is super good: Although the breakfast time is until 9.30 in the morning, I saw that there are still many people coming to eat at 10 o'clock. "Facilities: While it's a guesthouse converted from a residential building, having an elevator was a definite plus. However, the frosted glass in the bathroom didn't offer much privacy. While it's fine for daytime use, at night, with the interior brightly lit and the exterior dark, it posed a privacy concern. Hygiene: The cleaning staff kept the room and elevator quite clean. However, the duvet insert was so discolored and clearly hadn't been replaced – it must have been breeding dust mites. Around 10 PM, right after showering and getting ready for bed, I started feeling itchy all over. I called the front desk three times with no answer, which was incredibly frustrating. On my fourth attempt, someone finally picked up. After explaining the situation, I simply requested a new duvet cover. The front desk then informed me that the cleaning staff had already left for the day and had the key to the linen room, making it impossible to provide one, and merely offered an apology. I was utterly speechless and just hung up. About 10 minutes later, I received a call informing me that the cleaning staff had arrived. Shortly after, there was a knock at my door. When I opened it, the staff member was standing there with a new duvet cover. I was still quite annoyed. I truly didn't want to bother the staff so late at night, but a problem with the room needed to be addressed. Honestly, in the hospitality industry, certain items genuinely need to be replaced after extended use. Skimping on such essentials makes absolutely no sense. Overall, the stay wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't terrible either."

"Facilities: This is a family-friendly hotel. We spent almost 24 hours entirely within the hotel. I'd suggest adding a swimming pool or some small water attractions. That way, it would be great for summer and encourage guests to stay an extra night or return later. Cleanliness: It was okay, generally acceptable. It would be even better if the two bedrooms each had their own bathroom. Room: We booked the Fawn Room on the second floor. It has two bedrooms, with the living room located outside. The terrace is quite large; perhaps during the design phase, they could have considered reducing the terrace size to expand the living room, which would be more suitable for families needing activity space. The room's flooring also felt a bit old. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room warm even in winter. Environment: It's situated on its own hill and features giraffes, capybaras, red-crowned cranes, and a separate petting zoo area (with otters, sloths, giant tortoises, parrots, squirrel monkeys, peacocks, owls, etc.). It's pleasant to just wander around, and the air is quite fresh. It would be even better if the water in the mountains was running water. Service: Since it's in the mountains, you need to call for a car transfer to go out for meals or activities. The response was quite prompt, and the shuttle service was efficient. Food: The hotel buffet was decent. While the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was good. There weren't many options for dinner, and it wasn't very suitable for babies who have just started solids. I suggest the hotel add some baby-friendly options like sweet potatoes and corn. Overall: A one-night stay is very good and suitable for children. However, for babies a few months old, a stroller isn't ideal due to all the ups and downs; a baby carrier would be much more convenient."

"I arrived at Nanxun 4+ in the afternoon so there was no boat to the hotel. Contacted the hotel by searching the number available on trip.com on wechat. They kindly provided a location that the taxi could drop us off at so that we didn't have to walk too far during check-in. The hotel is located in the guzhen right next to the water so the views in the day and at night are spectacular! Place was clean and spacious and the breakfast was clean and filling. There was a lovely cat that lounged in the sunlight while we ate breakfast. During check-out the service staff helped us book a boat to a ferry where it was easy to get a taxi from there. Me and my friends had a very relaxing and beautiful stay here."

"I chose the Diamond Hotel among so many hotels in Taihu Dragon Dream. The first reason was the comfort and the 2-meter bed. The room was quite spacious and had its own balcony. It was very bright.
