The room was quite large, but it was still a corner room. It felt like an inescapable curse; no matter how much you pay, you're destined for a corner. The only thing that made me feel warm was the cleaning guy at the door, who genuinely smiled and provided polite service. This was one of those all-inclusive packages, but since we were only staying one night and leaving the next morning, we didn't have that option. The room was full of Europeans. It felt like their vacation paradise. To get a pair of plastic slippers, I again had to rely on Ctrip. The hotel called, arranged for someone to come, but the final result was that I had to go to the small shop across the street to buy a pair myself. When checking out, the front desk staff even questioned me about why I called their boss, saying they hadn't told me what to do. They said I could come to the front desk if I had any questions. I said, "Why should I walk all this way to ask you?" Oh well.

We arrived around 4 PM. Our group of six had booked three ocean-view rooms: two twin rooms and one double room. The receptionist rattled off a bunch of nonsense, promising us a room with a great view. When we went to check the rooms, not only had the twin room been converted to a double room, but one of them was on the ground floor with absolutely no ocean view. When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM. Throughout the entire process, the housekeeping manager was extremely arrogant. In the end, to avoid ruining our vacation, we had to compromise! If you want ocean views, there are plenty of options there; if you want better service, don't bother. PS: The waiting area was behind the front desk, and we almost froze to death!

The experience was fantastic! The hotel has a private beach, and the overall design is excellent – ​​a minimalist yet sophisticated style. The rooms are beautiful, and each has a balcony; it's so pleasant to sit outside and eat when it's not too cold. The hotel has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The food at the hotel was also the best I've had in Egypt! Very Western, with relatively few local Egyptian dishes. The strawberry and mango juices and various cocktails were all delicious!

When we booked this hotel, it didn't mention that children weren't allowed, nor did it explicitly state that there would be an extra charge for children over 12. However, on the day of our check-in, we weren't informed of the child charge, but the next day they told us we would have to pay an extra 800 euros. If that's the case, we could have booked another room! The room facilities were also incredibly poor, completely not worth the price. If you can accept that there are no chargers by the bed, that the sink drain is broken, that there's no shelf for the washbasin, and that the soundproofing is practically nonexistent, then you can definitely go for this hotel!

This Instagram-worthy hotel offers all-inclusive pricing. The buffet food is actually more palatable than other Egyptian cuisine. The room facilities are relatively basic, but the service and enthusiasm of the staff are unmatched except for the old falls in Aswan. I think it's much better than other Egyptian hotels.

Overall, it was great, no real flaws, right? If I had to point out something, it would be the per-person charge, even if two people share a room. But I'd recommend staying a maximum of two days, otherwise the all-inclusive hotel buffet will get boring. - The hotel's main restaurant has a stylish, natural, and simple decor, and lots of birds come to eat scraps. - The hotel's private beach is beautiful, but the sea nearby isn't particularly clear or light blue. - The service was exceptionally good. Even when sitting in the lobby restaurant without drinks, someone would proactively ask what you'd like and offer you a drink. There was no overcharging for tips. After checkout, they didn't take back your wristband, so you could continue sitting in the lobby waiting for your flight, and someone would still come to ask what you'd like to drink. Going to eat after checkout should be fine too, but we didn't. Overall, the service and environment are probably the best in Hurghada, as long as it's relatively new.

The hotel has a great location and environment. The all-inclusive price is hassle-free, and the surrounding area is also very convenient.
