Arabella Azur Resort

This is my second time staying here. It's great value for money, and I even saw dolphins from the hotel's shore.

This is a classic all-inclusive resort, and our check-in process was smooth from start to finish. They even allowed us to check in an hour early since a room was available, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's beach offers beautiful sunrise views, located right next to the main restaurant. Plus, the public areas of Arabella and Azul hotels are interconnected, so you can take photos in the public spaces of both hotels – it's a very photogenic place. The restaurant food offers a good variety, and the taste is decent. The pizza at the Italian restaurant is quite good and worth prioritizing. The biggest surprise was that even though we checked out at 12:00 PM, we didn't leave until 4:00 PM. The staff let us keep our wristbands, which meant we could continue to enjoy the hotel's services and the lounge. Big thumbs up to that! 👍

The hotel room wasn't very big, and since there were three of us, one had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was fine. However, we had to wait over half an hour for extra blankets and pillows, but then again, things generally move slowly here in Egypt. The view was beautiful, and the food was decent too.

The hotel's style is great, though the facilities are a bit old, it doesn't impact the experience. The walls are thick, providing good sound insulation, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The service is satisfactory.

This hotel is beautiful and truly a balm for the soul. The four days I spent here were incredibly relaxing. From the hotel, you get stunning views of the Red Sea in every shade of blue, and it was so peaceful just sitting by the shore, lost in thought. Being an all-inclusive, we ate wonderfully every day. I felt incredibly well looked after during my stay. I'd love to bring my mother back here next time.

The environment is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a vacation. I absolutely love the Mediterranean style. They upgraded our room, which was clean and tidy, with a small balcony offering sea views where you can watch the sunrise. Everyone's service attitude was excellent and very enthusiastic; it was incredibly comfortable to just relax here. It was a very satisfying trip.

Facilities: The room looked quite old due to the abundance of wooden furniture. Cleanliness: Standard. Stayed for two nights, and on the second day, bath towels and water in the fridge weren't replenished in time. Environment: The common areas were nice, with Wi-Fi, two swimming pools, and a public beach. Service: Some staff showed signs of discrimination towards Asian guests.
