Hot Springs Hotels in Suzhou

The guesthouse is located on Hengshan Island, and you can drive directly onto the island. You need to change into slippers upon entering, and the hygiene is excellent. The rooms have a Japanese style, and stepping inside is breathtaking—the huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a terrace facing the mountains and sea, offering panoramic views of sunrises, sunsets, and a sky full of stars—simply romantic! The private hot spring bath is also very comfortable. The rooms are well-heated, and the butler service is exceptionally attentive, promptly resolving any issues and even enthusiastically recommending renting tricycles on the island, which would be great fun for families with children. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind; I'd definitely come back again.

Environment: I looked for a long time on Ctrip. This hotel was 580 when I booked it. It was basically OK for a room with lake view. It was not expensive. If you choose a room without lake view, it would be cheaper. I stayed on the top floor. The room was not big, clean, and the TV was a projector. There was a balcony with a good view. It was good for taking photos. There was a place on the second floor where you could take photos. It was also very good. Service: The service was very good. They called me one day in advance and added me to the group to send me the location and surroundings. Their house was a little hard to find, but the housekeeper would come out to pick me up. Check-in was also very fast. You could order coffee when you went in. When we left, they also gave us a souvenir, a box of tea. We will go to Hengshan Island if we have the chance.

The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the comfort of your room. It's also perfect for taking photos. Facilities: The room is spacious, with simple yet tasteful soft furnishings. It's clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The mattress is very soft and comfortable, making for a highly comfortable stay. Service: Every butler was incredibly attentive and responsive to all requests during our stay, replying to messages very quickly. The breakfast was very rich and varied. Upon departure, the butler even helped with our luggage and gave us a souvenir. Every detail made us feel incredibly warm. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I will definitely be back!

This was a truly amazing trip. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain in the Piaomiao Peak scenic area, with a trail leading directly to the summit. The overall atmosphere was very quiet, and the environment and facilities were excellent. Even if you don't go to the scenic area, you can find a secluded spot in the resort to spend a relaxing afternoon. The service was also very attentive, with dedicated customer service staff who were easy to contact at any time. They even upgraded us to a suite—lucky us!

This is my fourth time staying at the Taicang Karuizawa Onsen Hotel, and I'm still extremely satisfied. This time, I came for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday with my mom, husband, and son. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are serene, well-equipped, and have a quality feel. The hygiene has always been excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. My favorite part is still the hot springs – warm, comfortable, and very authentic. For me, the cleanliness of the hot spring area is particularly important, and Karuizawa consistently meets expectations in this regard. Each soak leaves me feeling relaxed both physically and mentally, making it perfect for a short holiday getaway. The hotel's surroundings are also ideal for a vacation. It's about a 15-minute drive to Shaxi Ancient Town, which has lots of delicious food. Nearby is JinCang Lake Park, with its excellent ecological environment, perfect for a family stroll and relaxation. We drove from Shanghai, which took about an hour and a half, so the transportation is very convenient. That's why for the past two years, whenever a holiday comes around, we think of staying here for a few days. During this stay, the hotel service also felt very warm. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, and the restaurant service was especially attentive, proactively caring for and asking about our needs. When they learned my mom had a sensitive stomach, they even specially added plain congee, which was truly thoughtful. Because we've stayed multiple times over the past two years, the hotel even offered a complimentary private hot spring this time, making us feel their full sincerity and a truly welcoming atmosphere. In short, the Karuizawa Onsen Hotel has become our family's go-to for short holiday getaways. Everything from the rooms, hot springs, hygiene, and service to the surrounding environment leaves us very satisfied. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance in the second half of the year.

A Marriott property, this resort boasts first-class lake views of Taihu Lake, perfect for family getaways with kids or elderly relatives. It's also very car-friendly. The rooms are spacious with incredible lake views. The lake-view rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing East Taihu Lake. Each room also has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak while watching the sunset and getting great photos. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is equipped with MALIN+GOETZ toiletries. The bedding is comfortable. Right outside the hotel is a large lawn, and the lakeside is just a 1-minute walk away, where you can cycle around the lake. On Mid-Autumn Festival evening, there was an outdoor BBQ with fireworks and live music on the lawn. Breakfast had long queues, and service response times were slow. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. The hotel offered a complimentary double-decker bus tour, which was lovely, lasting about 40 minutes per loop. If the hotel organized more activities, it would likely attract even more guests.

On the last day of 2024, I spent a very meaningful New Year's Eve with my acquaintances at Selling Sunset, because today I witnessed my friend's proposal ceremony here, and raised a toast with everyone at the happiest moment of the New Year, saying Happy New Year's Day. This feeling is very wonderful, because there are few opportunities to get together in daily life, but we finally set aside this day and came here. The first feeling is that the environment is very beautiful and the overall decoration feels very trendy. Here, no matter where you sit, it is very good to take pictures, which is great. The service attitude is also very good, which can meet all our needs, and anything we want can be met here.

After much searching on various platforms, this hotel always stuck in my mind, and I finally made it here just before the New Year ended, fulfilling that long-held wish. Its charm is truly beyond words; I just felt pure joy in every way. This place was designed personally by the owner. The serene elegance of a Japanese garden is present in every plant and tree, while the relaxed comfort of a Chinese tea house lets you set aside all your worldly worries. All amenities for food, drink, and entertainment are available: soak in a hot spring to warm up, or sing karaoke to your heart's content. It’s perfect whether you're looking for some peace and quiet alone or gathering friends for a company team-building event. What truly touched me were the wonderful ladies who assist guests. They are genuinely warm and hospitable locals, and their caring greetings and farewells, from my arrival to my departure, left a deep impression on me. And of course, it's absolutely fantastic for photos. I sincerely recommend everyone come and experience this place.

The White Lake View B&B that finally punched in the time I was thinking about, the experience far exceeded expectations! The whole pure white building is located by the Taihu Lake, like a white castle on the lakeside, and the real scene is better than the photos. The room is spacious and transparent, with large floor-to-ceiling windows facing Taihu Lake. You can see the mist on the lake when you wake up in the morning. In the evening, you can watch the sunset on the terrace and feel full of healing. The hygiene is particularly in place, spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you sleep well. The public area is fully equipped, the infinity pool is more than the film, the KTV, mahjong room are available, and the friends gathering and group building are suitable. The butler is intimate and meticulous, the response is timely, and the breakfast is fresh and hot. Here you can slow down, blow the wind of Taihu Lake, away from the busy city. It is highly recommended to relax on vacation and has been included in the list of re-stays.

Room: Overall it's OK, the area is large, and the equipment is relatively new. The bathroom is very bright, the functional division is reasonable, the toiletries are complete, and the rosemary smell is very nice. There is no river view, and there is a plastic greenhouse outside the window, as shown in Figure 1, the left side is the front row of rooms. As soon as you enter the door, you can see a lot of scratches on the wall. The sloping ceiling of the second-floor attic is relatively low, so you can see it more clearly. There are bubbles and peeling in many places, indicating that there is a leak. The bathing pool is outdoors on the second floor, which is easy to get dusty, but it is still very interesting to soak your feet, but it's a bit sunny. The swimming pool is not open yet, and the scenery is good. Service: As soon as you enter the door, the aunties who are cleaning are very warm and friendly, and lead us to the front desk. Probably because I went there on a weekday, the front desk staff was really ”relaxed”. At 3pm, I walked in with my sleeping child in my arms. I was so tired that I could definitely hear my heavy footsteps (it was just two meters away at the unobstructed bar counter). The people inside didn't even raise their eyelids, and no one stood up to take the initiative to greet me. There was no care and concern. I had to ask loudly ”Is anyone there?” before they responded. Well, the child woke up, and the relaxing moment I had planned was completely scrapped. I drove for two hours, got off the car, and walked in from the parking lot with my sleeping child in my arms. I was numb all over. Mothers can probably imagine that their children always fall asleep suddenly. But my psychological expectations were completely dashed, and there was no smiling face on the other side the whole time. It seemed that I was wrong to stay in the hotel. In addition, if welcome fruit cannot be guaranteed, why display this option on the booking interface? The next day, breakfast started at 7:30. I went in at 7:40 and still no one greeted me. She didn't even raise her eyelids. The girl was on the phone. So the priority of the guests standing there was not as high as the priority of the phone. At least it would be acceptable to say hello and wait a moment. I ignored it directly. There was no coffee for breakfast, which I had never seen before. I was told to buy it myself. In fact, it would be acceptable if they were more polite. Or there are too many people who are eager to stay here. If the boss feels uncomfortable after reading this comment, please correct it if you have any, and please don't call me.
