"The hotel is located near a busy road, and you can hear cars passing by at night. There's air conditioning, but it's too noisy when turned on. If you turn it off, it's impossible to sleep because it gets stuffy. It's fine as a budget option for one night, but nothing more."

GGuest UserThis is an excellent place to stay. Overall, the location is good, but walking back at night along the dark, unlit streets isn't very comfortable as the hotel is set back from the main roads. We rented a motorbike from the hotel for 350 pesos. It's generally hard to get around Moalboal without a bike; you need one to reach the beaches, waterfalls, shops, and cafes. The traffic isn't heavy and is predictable, so even a novice rider would find it comfortable. You can order breakfast or food delivery at the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured on the website; our stay was very comfortable. It has everything you need: shampoo, soap, a refrigerator, a chest of drawers, and a clothes hanger. Coffee, hot, and cold water are always available. There's a clean swimming pool on the property. The hotel owners are incredibly kind; they helped us with ferry information for leaving Oslob and how to get to Oslob by bus. Thank you so much for such a cozy place 🙏

Aainsya A.I needed a hotel for 10 hours transit between 2 international flights. The sakura capsule hotel is located in terminal 1 (domestic) of Cebu airport, around 3-5 mins walk from the international arrival. The walkway is actually an outdoor parking space between the two terminals and I felt safe walking even though it was 2 in the morning. Check in process was smooth, the staff are friendly and accommodating, there is locker to keep your shoes and luggage, their mattress was super comfortable, enough sockets / usb slots to recharge your devices, shower and toilet are clean with towel , slippers and tooth brush provided. There are also shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. I rested well all the way till the time to check in for my flight around 11 am (the staff also asked if I need a wake up call which I did not need but still,  cool!). There is also little area for coffee and tea to refresh your morning. I would come back here without hesitation. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe hotel isn't very close to the beach, but I stayed in a fan room and it wasn't hot. I guess hotels in the Philippines don't provide proper duvets, just thin sheets. The hotel offers motorbike rentals and can arrange day tours, though I booked mine elsewhere. The service was pretty good overall; an auntie even helped me wash my clothes. There's no hot water for showers, or if there is, the pressure is very, very low.

SsergoworldwibeI'll start with the pros. The location is good, with several cafes and a shop on the ground floor. It's also next to an IT park and bus stops. My first impression after arriving in Cebu was like entering a different world, a bit scary to leave at first, but you get used to it. Now for the cons. There's a periodic, nauseating sewage smell outside, which is common in many places here. In the room, there's no bath mat, this is the first hotel I've ever seen without one, so the floor gets all wet. And in the bathroom, there isn't even a hook for a towel, also a first for me. AND THE SHOWER HEAD IS FACING THE WALL, SO YOU HAVE TO HOLD IT WITH YOUR HAND TO SHOWER! How can this be, if you own a hotel? An adjustable shower mount is very cheap. These are basic amenities even for the most budget-friendly places, yet this hotel looks more appealing. Also, the internet is bad, but the staff is friendly, and cleaning is done upon request. Overall, not bad, BUT PLEASE ADD A BATH MAT AND A HOOK TO HANG TOWELS IN THE SHOWER.

PPokrovskiiThe only good thing about this place is its proximity to the sharks. I couldn't really get any rest here; there's absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear everything as if you're sleeping on the street. Roosters start crowing at 3 AM, and by 4 AM, they start bringing tourists to see the sharks, with everyone honking their horns on the road. All these noises come right into your room. The room itself is tired and very, very basic. The air conditioning is also very loud. In the bathroom, which is also the toilet, there's only toilet paper. If you need quiet, look for options further away from the road, as traffic here is 24/7.

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed for a night at a Deluxe Double Room ,our 2nd time.. And this time we stayed on the 5th floor where internet connectivity is available. A larger room and has windows that see the road in which public utility transports pass by. Front desk officers and staff are nice and serve with a heart. Will book again whenever I will be back in Cebu City. Thank you Allsons Inn and Trip.com for a comfortable and affordable stay!

SSander RoxasWe stayed at Travelbee Fuente Inn for three nights, and overall, it was a pleasant and budget-friendly experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Fuente Osmeña Circle, making it convenient to access restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was simple but clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens provided daily. For two people, the space was cozy yet sufficient. The air-conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests or provide directions. Housekeeping was consistent, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere inside the inn despite being in a busy area. While amenities are basic (no elevator and limited parking), the affordability and accessibility make up for it. Travelbee Fuente Inn is a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay in Cebu City without breaking the budget.

GGuest UserI like that the location is close to the event I have attended. The staff are also friendly and approachable. It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.

GGuest UserBudget Friendly Stay with Mixed Experiences - Good for the Price, but Be Prepared for Quirks We booked this hotel for three nights primarily because of its incredibly low price, around 500+ pesos. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see the area filled with HPG (Highway Patrol Group) motorcycles; it turned out they were also staying there due to an ASEAN event in Lapu-Lapu, which made the vicinity quite busy. When we entered, the reception was unattended for a moment, and when someone did assist us, they seemed rushed and hard to communicate with. Being escorted to our room was an ”okay” experience. For the 500-peso price point, it met expectations! The room had a refrigerator, and we were happy to find a bucket and dipper, which meant we could do our laundry a huge plus for us. While the shower pressure was slightly better than our previous accommodation, we still weren't fully satisfied and ended up using the bucket and dipper for bathing. We enjoyed the TV, even if it was a manual one at least it worked! However, our experience at the dining area upon checkout was quite chaotic. The staff there seemed disorganized; they were laughing, and then there was a clear concern from another guest whose order hadn't arrived despite being placed earlier than ours. It turned out their order wasn't even listed, indicating an absent-minded mistake. The scene quickly escalated with staff shouting questions like ”Where's the order?” and ”Which order?” among themselves, creating a very confusing and unpleasant atmosphere.
