There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

The Residences need updating and I had a problem with roaches in two different rooms. The hotel was nice about it and moved me to different rooms, in the end I changed to a deluxe room in the Hotel, my recommendation would be to select the Hotel rather than the residences as the hotel has been updated and the residences haven't yet and badly need to be done. Whether in the residences or the hotel rooms the TV and their use of IPTV is difficult as the tv movie program often cuts out due to the internet signal being poor and it is a pain to get it to back onto the channel. Even with the difficulties of bugs in the two rooms I had at the residences I was not offered anything complementary or any form of compensation. The breakfast was okay with lots of options mostly Filipino style items, however when I asked for a latte I was told it would be an extra charge, black normal coffee is standard. It is close to Ayala mall.

We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime. Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons Big enough ung ref to store many food Good aircondition. Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit. Space is ergonomically good. Then free access sa pool is a plus Nearby sa mga groceries at food. Enough sampayan and great city view Well recommended the place 100% Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay. Mababait din ung mga guards sa lobby at buong compound. Before we leave the unit po we clean the place po. Thank you so much my family loves and enjoy the place. Very well good for a staycation.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the price, room condition, and location – they were all excellent! It's a room within an apartment. The price was incredibly cheap, and it was a large, beautiful room with a living room and even a kitchen, which I really loved! The location in Mactan Newtown is also convenient for getting around and going to restaurants. I was a bit taken aback during check-in, as they used a paper form instead of a computer and took a photo of my passport. While there's a swimming pool in the apartment complex, the water was too dirty, so I didn't use it. Also, there was a gap in the door leading to the terrace, so outdoor noise came straight in. During the Christmas season, there were events at a nearby church until early morning for several days, and kids were constantly setting off firecrackers (like popping pea-sized explosives) in the empty lot in front, and all the noise was audible.

Lovely place to stay, would be a good base for a few nights as has living room, TVs and a bath! We made the most of our 1 night stay. Close to food places and we walked from the airport in about 15 minutes.

It was so good. It was a little hard to find the room, but it's easy once you understand it~ Go to the 4th floor and then go to each tower. The door handle is an electronic door lock~ I didn't know that, so I had to go back down and come backㅜㅋ The downside is that it costs 500 pesos to change the towels..? I was going to Belmont but came here and I was so satisfied~ The bed mattress was nice too~ However, the bathtub and washing machine... were a little dirty... I think it would be better to think that you can't use them. I would 200% come back^^ When checking out, you just have to sign the check-out form at the counter on the 1st floor and go~ There was no separate deposit or room check.

The stay was good mainly because of the location. The room was very spacious it could easily fit around 5–6 people even with just one bed, which was really nice. They also have an elevator, which made everything more convenient. However, the downside was that the bed had a slight smell, and the towels didn’t feel very fresh and were a bit rough. Good thing they were able to provide me with a new towel when I asked. Overall, it was still a nice stay, but the bed and towels could definitely be improved.

We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.

Kitchen utensils were also available and I was able to stay without inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but you can take a shower without any problems. It was very good.
