I am deeply amazed on how comfy and good this hostel is. Located in Nantou Anicent town, so close to the entrance yet surrounded with unlimited shops, foods, museums, a bakery next door serving really unique cream bread, supporting local businesses. Upon stepping into my dorm room, I was greeted with a college like white blue vibe, decorated with art works from a girl, I love how it has its personal touch separating it from other hostel brands. It's one of a kind that is hard to find elsewhere. My favourite is the bed. It felt like home, so cozy yet so warm, blanket felt fleecy yet not too warm or cold. The pillow was chef kissed that I planned to buy when I get home, it had the shape of where the head should be laid inwards, while supporting the neck. The bed is so comfy firm yet not super soft and not too hard like brick. There is a ”stubborn” cabinet, a shelf to put your stuff on, 2 option of light: 1 to brighten the bed up and a nice warm night light. There is space for luggage under the bed, lockers comes with a lock and key which is such a good idea, so it's for sure a very safe locker. The metal net near the door is perfect for drying clothes with many hangers to use. They also gives a voucher sheet to use to support the local business nearby, can treat yourself with a hair cut or a massage. Bathroom. Sink area is so cute, shower room and toilet is together, feels a bit tight but still good. Near reception, you have free amenities to use. I wasn't very social enough so I didn't enter the other areas that has dining, laundry and the bar. Would recommend this place to other people and coming back when in Shenzhen.

The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The streetlights and the crowds along the way back to the hotel at night gave me a very safe feeling. The room was very comfortable and spacious, without feeling cramped. The mattress was the perfect firmness, and the windows were well-insulated, so I could barely hear the traffic outside at night, making for a very restful sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with freshly changed sheets and pillowcases, and no odor. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the sink and mirror were spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. Such attention to detail is evident. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area for business or pleasure. It's a great value and a worry-free stay!

On arrival to Shenzhen I was contacted by the owner of the hotel who explained to me that I would be in a different room from the one that I booked. This wasn’t just a different room in the hostel, it was a different location from the original hostel I booked. This wasn’t a massive problem, it was close enough to the same location, and on top of that I was put into a three-bed rather than a six-bed dorm. The new location was good enough, the man who ran the place was friendly although he spoke no English which is par for the course in mainland China to be honest. There was a subway station very near and good food options below the building. The shower was warm and bathroom tidy enough so I can’t fault it all that much. Oh and there’s a really nice coffee shop called meet coffee below which I recommend.

Simple bunk bed set up in an apartment building for unbeatable price. It was quite hard to find. I would advise the hotel puts WeChat details on the listing so people can ask how to find the place, it took me ages. Otherwise, all good

The lighting was nice, just a bit dim. It was slightly less impressive than another place I stayed, but still good overall, offering great value for money. The bed wasn't very sturdy, and the cabinet was broken, so they moved me to a different bed. My roommate was friendly.

I like this dormitory because it’s near Xixiang Station on Line One, next to the Rainbow Department Store. There are many restaurants and a Luckin Coffee on the ground floor. It’s very clean in the morning, but after guests wake up and don’t clean up their mess, the place becomes chaotic. I also suggest that management put rubbish bins inside the rooms and in the dining area. The next time I come to Shenzhen, I will stay there. If you’re looking for a place near the airport and some tourist spots in Shenzhen, I highly recommend this location. It’s great value for money.

I really don't know why a certain group can have full marks. When I enter a small room that is very crowded, the quilt feels wet. Even the air conditioner remote control is out of power. Going out to play during the day, I didn't tell the front desk that changing the quilt was my problem, but I went to the front desk after I came back and was directly rejected. Is the hotel bedding not a daily change? Towels and toothbrushes have to wait for me to ask for them? ? Don't be too outrageous old iron! The red hair dyed at home will fade like a towel. I will tell the staff that it can be washed off. The staff still occupy the bathroom of the room and argue with me. Finally, it is washed off as I said. Is your store this service attitude? ? I asked for a daily change of sheets too much? The most excessive thing is that I know that I can wash it off. Auntie does not follow the request. I use old towels to wash my hair. I am a consumer. If I really break your things, I will compensate according to the price, not let you tell me to do things there! The sanitary environment is not good, there are small bugs in the room.

I stayed here for several days, and overall, it was excellent. The environment is clean, and the rooms are tidied up at a fixed time each day. If you have any issues at other times, you can always contact the owner. I think the best part is how well-regulated and well-equipped everything is, which really helps avoid potential conflicts and problems. The location is superb, with direct connections to both the airport and Futian High-Speed Rail Station, making it very convenient. There's a McDonald's and a large shopping mall less than a hundred meters away, perfect for an evening stroll. The security downstairs also recognizes guests and logs them in. The provided shampoo, body wash, and slippers are a nice touch. If I need a place to stay again, I would definitely choose this one.

I checked in here after exiting the Liantang Port. I originally booked another place, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available, so I had to find this one nearby at the last minute. Although the ratings were decent and the price wasn't high, arriving at the location was quite a shock. It's barely acceptable for a one-night stay. I'd suggest the owner spruce things up a bit; it would make a big difference. What I found particularly unacceptable was, first, the bathroom (I later discovered there were two, and the other one was slightly better). Second, there was an incredibly strange roommate: 1. She wasn't in the room, but her phone was playing loudly. 2. Everyone else was asleep, but her phone was still blasting. I asked her to turn it down, and she did, but it got loud again shortly after. 3. After midnight, she started soaking her feet, with her phone still playing loudly, and didn't turn off the lights and go to sleep until 1 or 2 AM. 4. The next morning, someone opened the curtains, and she imperatively demanded they be closed. Isn't someone this selfish incredibly odd?
