I am deeply amazed on how comfy and good this hostel is. Located in Nantou Anicent town, so close to the entrance yet surrounded with unlimited shops, foods, museums, a bakery next door serving really unique cream bread, supporting local businesses. Upon stepping into my dorm room, I was greeted with a college like white blue vibe, decorated with art works from a girl, I love how it has its personal touch separating it from other hostel brands. It's one of a kind that is hard to find elsewhere. My favourite is the bed. It felt like home, so cozy yet so warm, blanket felt fleecy yet not too warm or cold. The pillow was chef kissed that I planned to buy when I get home, it had the shape of where the head should be laid inwards, while supporting the neck. The bed is so comfy firm yet not super soft and not too hard like brick. There is a ”stubborn” cabinet, a shelf to put your stuff on, 2 option of light: 1 to brighten the bed up and a nice warm night light. There is space for luggage under the bed, lockers comes with a lock and key which is such a good idea, so it's for sure a very safe locker. The metal net near the door is perfect for drying clothes with many hangers to use. They also gives a voucher sheet to use to support the local business nearby, can treat yourself with a hair cut or a massage. Bathroom. Sink area is so cute, shower room and toilet is together, feels a bit tight but still good. Near reception, you have free amenities to use. I wasn't very social enough so I didn't enter the other areas that has dining, laundry and the bar. Would recommend this place to other people and coming back when in Shenzhen.

The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The streetlights and the crowds along the way back to the hotel at night gave me a very safe feeling. The room was very comfortable and spacious, without feeling cramped. The mattress was the perfect firmness, and the windows were well-insulated, so I could barely hear the traffic outside at night, making for a very restful sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with freshly changed sheets and pillowcases, and no odor. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the sink and mirror were spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. Such attention to detail is evident. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area for business or pleasure. It's a great value and a worry-free stay!

The accommodation is located in a modernly managed large apartment with a very luxurious ground floor lobby. Close to Shenzhen Library North Building and Shenzhen Art Gallery is also the extremely popular Hongshan 6979 shopping mall. Very complete viewing and eating.

I was curious about space capsules, so I decided to try them out for a night and it was fantastic. The tent bed had a mattress that was very soft and comfortable. The showers in the morning were really nice! The environment was nice and odorless, and everyone was quiet and doing their own things. It felt very comfortable. The hostess at the B&B was very welcoming, constantly checking in on me if I had arrived and giving me a pre-check-in guide. I had a very pleasant night and will definitely come back next time I have the chance.

Had a really good stay here. The host cleaned the room every day at 2 PM, and the bedding was changed and sanitized after each guest. The bed has a thick, soft memory foam mattress that's quite relaxing to sleep on. The room also comes with a free washing machine and clothes hangers. Food delivery arrived right at our door. The nearby supermarkets and shops are very close and convenient. I'd definitely come back again.

I really don't know why a certain group can have full marks. When I enter a small room that is very crowded, the quilt feels wet. Even the air conditioner remote control is out of power. Going out to play during the day, I didn't tell the front desk that changing the quilt was my problem, but I went to the front desk after I came back and was directly rejected. Is the hotel bedding not a daily change? Towels and toothbrushes have to wait for me to ask for them? ? Don't be too outrageous old iron! The red hair dyed at home will fade like a towel. I will tell the staff that it can be washed off. The staff still occupy the bathroom of the room and argue with me. Finally, it is washed off as I said. Is your store this service attitude? ? I asked for a daily change of sheets too much? The most excessive thing is that I know that I can wash it off. Auntie does not follow the request. I use old towels to wash my hair. I am a consumer. If I really break your things, I will compensate according to the price, not let you tell me to do things there! The sanitary environment is not good, there are small bugs in the room.

This hostel is great! It's super central, right above a subway station, which makes it really convenient. The place is clean and tidy. Overall, a five-star experience. There's 24-hour security and a controlled access system downstairs, so I felt very safe. My fellow guests were lovely and easy to get along with; we'd often chat in the common area, and at night, everyone quietly went back to their rooms. The customer service team was also very responsible and quick to help with any issues. The quadruple room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, even more so than some double rooms I've stayed in before. Excellent value for money!

I particularly appreciated being in such a central area, which allowed me to make the most of my trip without wasting time on long commutes. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

I checked in here after exiting the Liantang Port. I originally booked another place, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available, so I had to find this one nearby at the last minute. Although the ratings were decent and the price wasn't high, arriving at the location was quite a shock. It's barely acceptable for a one-night stay. I'd suggest the owner spruce things up a bit; it would make a big difference. What I found particularly unacceptable was, first, the bathroom (I later discovered there were two, and the other one was slightly better). Second, there was an incredibly strange roommate: 1. She wasn't in the room, but her phone was playing loudly. 2. Everyone else was asleep, but her phone was still blasting. I asked her to turn it down, and she did, but it got loud again shortly after. 3. After midnight, she started soaking her feet, with her phone still playing loudly, and didn't turn off the lights and go to sleep until 1 or 2 AM. 4. The next morning, someone opened the curtains, and she imperatively demanded they be closed. Isn't someone this selfish incredibly odd?

Not that easy to find, as usual with these hostels within apartment block units. Need to pass security at ground level, then find the tower and floor. Ringed the bell and nobody open, eventually had some chinese person to assist us getting in contact with owner. We sent our passport photo and the registering process took long. Shouldn’t be that hard to register and communication should be easier. Overall the place is comfortable and view is nice. Can recommend if you want to have a cheap comfortable place not far from SZ north train station. But not easy for foreigners to find the place.
