The location is good. Because it happens to be by the sea. Easy to find than expected. I booked a rooftop sea view room. The sea view can be seen in the room or on the terrace. The room furnishings are very Chinese. The bed is Chinese. There are Chinese paintings in the room. There are also Chinese furnishings. Very pleasantly surprised.

This hostel is the best I've ever stayed at! 'Jumping into the Sea Living' is perfect for young people. The common areas have a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to strike up conversations, and all the guests are interesting. The facilities are clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Staying here really made my trip amazing. Plus, the value for money is incredible! The location is great, very close to Nantou Ancient City metro station, which makes getting around super convenient. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They've really thought about everything. The common areas are incredibly atmospheric, and it's a much better deal than hotels in the same area. Highly recommend!

The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The streetlights and the crowds along the way back to the hotel at night gave me a very safe feeling. The room was very comfortable and spacious, without feeling cramped. The mattress was the perfect firmness, and the windows were well-insulated, so I could barely hear the traffic outside at night, making for a very restful sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with freshly changed sheets and pillowcases, and no odor. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the sink and mirror were spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. Such attention to detail is evident. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area for business or pleasure. It's a great value and a worry-free stay!

The accommodation is located in a modernly managed large apartment with a very luxurious ground floor lobby. Close to Shenzhen Library North Building and Shenzhen Art Gallery is also the extremely popular Hongshan 6979 shopping mall. Very complete viewing and eating.

The place is more like a pension than a hostel, it feels like you are disturbing the residents by being there. Maybe I say this because they were 99,9% zero welcoming. Maybe this is just the chinese way. The girls in my room kept watching videos loudly late at night even though I asked for silence a few times. Since it’s a place where people live, it’s not as tidy as it appears to be in the advertising pictures. And there was water dripping somewhere in my room that also made quite a lot of noise. The toilet was always totally wet for some reason. Lastly, I had some trouble finding it. There should be clearer instructions here.

The room was decent, and the bathroom was clean enough. All the appliances and equipment worked well. It's super convenient with the subway station and a shopping mall right downstairs, making it easy to get around, shop, and grab a bite. The concierge service was also excellent.

I really don't know why a certain group can have full marks. When I enter a small room that is very crowded, the quilt feels wet. Even the air conditioner remote control is out of power. Going out to play during the day, I didn't tell the front desk that changing the quilt was my problem, but I went to the front desk after I came back and was directly rejected. Is the hotel bedding not a daily change? Towels and toothbrushes have to wait for me to ask for them? ? Don't be too outrageous old iron! The red hair dyed at home will fade like a towel. I will tell the staff that it can be washed off. The staff still occupy the bathroom of the room and argue with me. Finally, it is washed off as I said. Is your store this service attitude? ? I asked for a daily change of sheets too much? The most excessive thing is that I know that I can wash it off. Auntie does not follow the request. I use old towels to wash my hair. I am a consumer. If I really break your things, I will compensate according to the price, not let you tell me to do things there! The sanitary environment is not good, there are small bugs in the room.

I checked in here after exiting the Liantang Port. I originally booked another place, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available, so I had to find this one nearby at the last minute. Although the ratings were decent and the price wasn't high, arriving at the location was quite a shock. It's barely acceptable for a one-night stay. I'd suggest the owner spruce things up a bit; it would make a big difference. What I found particularly unacceptable was, first, the bathroom (I later discovered there were two, and the other one was slightly better). Second, there was an incredibly strange roommate: 1. She wasn't in the room, but her phone was playing loudly. 2. Everyone else was asleep, but her phone was still blasting. I asked her to turn it down, and she did, but it got loud again shortly after. 3. After midnight, she started soaking her feet, with her phone still playing loudly, and didn't turn off the lights and go to sleep until 1 or 2 AM. 4. The next morning, someone opened the curtains, and she imperatively demanded they be closed. Isn't someone this selfish incredibly odd?

Not that easy to find, as usual with these hostels within apartment block units. Need to pass security at ground level, then find the tower and floor. Ringed the bell and nobody open, eventually had some chinese person to assist us getting in contact with owner. We sent our passport photo and the registering process took long. Shouldn’t be that hard to register and communication should be easier. Overall the place is comfortable and view is nice. Can recommend if you want to have a cheap comfortable place not far from SZ north train station. But not easy for foreigners to find the place.
