The room was very good. I stayed very comfortable. I sat on the sofa and watched TV and fell asleep. I really like their sofa and bed. The view outside is also very good. There are washing machines, microwaves, and refrigerators. The service staff are very good. Floor There are supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, etc. right next door, and you can do nucleic acid tests right across the street. It's very convenient. If you want to stay a few more days, it's not bad.

We stayed for two nights this time. The room was very clean and fully equipped with hot water, air conditioning, and projection. The computer configuration was also good. The location is also very convenient. There is a subway station nearby, and there is also a large shopping mall area where you can find food and shopping. In addition, the service is very good, all questions raised are answered patiently, and they even come to help immediately. Will consider staying again.

This is the second time I have stayed. I will tell you how I feel. The first time I booked the location of the hotel. The signboard at the entrance of the apartment is not a special display. The boss plus WeChat sent me a password. The location of the apartment is very good. It belongs to the independent hotel room. The space is much better than our hotel. The room has complete supporting facilities. This point does not need to be questioned and the sound insulation of the whole room is very good. Sleeping at night is very quiet. The most important room is very clean. If it is a long-term business trip, this room is the most suitable. I wish the boss a prosperous business.

The subway station exit c is particularly convenient. The living environment is very comfortable. All aspects are ok. The family is resident. There are also members who can watch TV. The only drawback is that the projection is a bit stuck. Later, I play a fixed hotel!

GGuest UserTo be honest their staff service is excellent. If for the staff I would definitely come back as they are super nice, and you can communicate with the staff using Wechat which is very convenient, and they always try their best to accommodate the guests need. however, they’re cleanliness is the worst I’ve ever encountered, first of all ,what one of the guest said the review about the smell, the room  smell really really bad, I guess it from the water or the air circulation which is not clean, which causes the smell in the room, I’ve already asked them to try to do something about the smell, however they cannot, I have bought a lot of Dettol and bleach, to try to clean the room by myself, I literally use an hour to clean the whole room, however after a few hours the room went back to the terrible smell, I suspected it is there air circulation.  also, their air-conditioning has a leaking problem as well, and it has been leaking a smell of vinegar, I suspected they use vinegar to clean the air conditioning. I’m a professional traveller, as I travel around the world as a cabin crew, the smell of the hotel is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I have been finding hair fingernails around the room which dont belong to me.  so I think the hotel need to improve on the cleanliness.
整體上，我想講，喺客戶服務方便，佢哋係做得好好，客人好多嘅要求佢哋都盡量滿足，亦都好盡量去幫手，我覺得客戶服務係非常之好，但係酒店嘅清潔就係好似好多住客所講，間房係有一浸異味，嗰陣異味係好奇怪，係好臭嘅，我已經叫咗佢哋上嚟清潔，我自己都買咗漂白水同埋滴露洗咗成間房一個鐘，但係嗰浸味其實都喺度，所以我覺得係應該係成個空調系統係有問題，同埋我喺樓梯嗰度見到有不明嘅手指甲，同埋浴缸嗰度係有其他人唔知邊個嘅頭髮，我覺得地板佢唔算好污糟，都算乾淨嘅，但係真係嗰陣異味係好難頂，所以我哋本來都係訂咗兩晚嘅酒店房，我哋都自己算了，留咗一晚就算了，因為實在太難聞浸味，所以如果好介意有臭味嘅，應該就唔好去了，間酒店係好高樓底，入到去房間係有空間咁嘅，但係真係臭到頂唔順😂 大家自行考慮會唔會選擇
地理位置亦屬於好嘅，大約1分鐘都唔使就可以去到地鐵站，佢唯一嘅缺點就係好臭，同埋間房唔夠乾淨會有頭髮同手指甲，酒店員工係好好好好人嘅，但係空調嗰度都係有同一個問題漏水，一開着，就漏晒啲水出嚟，嗰啲水係有白醋味好古怪，但係唔知點解係啡色嘅啲水，所以我哋都好驚

SStuart TeoThe reception front desk is definitely much nicer than the rooms. This is another one of those apartments converted into a hotel. This is more like a US motel than a hotel but there is no concept of a model in China. Other than dated rooms, everything else is good. It is a very large 'room' for what I paid - which comprised of a living room and a bedroom.

DDavid PetrosyanThis Loft Apartment turned out to be such a charming and aesthetically appealing place, it looks like it belongs to a young magazine cover model. Even the loft itself could be a model it is so photogenic, I have like 20+ pictures of this place lol. It seems like it is designed and decorated to feel that way.
It large, has a kitchen area with some glasses and utensils, a washing machine (modern) with detergents provided, 2 toilets and 1 cute shower(I’ll attach a photo of it), a big projector screen, with membership access provided, a laptop or cellphone screen could also be casted; on the first floor it has a dining place, and a big refrigerator, on the second there are 2 beds ( a double normal one, and a single tatami style one in a separate room). There is also a giant wardrobe.
And there is also the view. It adds to the charm of the apartment, the sea and mountains are awesome, and the lighthouse library is clearly visible from the windows.
The place smells nice, usually hotels in China get that annoying cigarette smell, if you know what I mean. In this loft it always smelled the way I wanted it to smell. Fresh and nice.
The environment is this bustling noisy mall area, apparently, a famous one in this district. But I ignored all these stores and markets and just went to the seaside ( 2 minutes by foot!) and there is a beautiful walkway by the sea starting right from the lighthouse. I rely like my foggy morning sea walks haha.
I recommend highly this hotel. This loft is just awesome, please, future guests, keep it that way.

NN2GThe hotel/ apartment is located in a very convenient area (5-8min walk from Grand Theatre Station)... but it's very difficult to find, as theirs no signs. The entry to the ”building” not the hotel itself is located in the back near the car park.
Trying to locate the reception is an adventure of its own on the 24th floor.
Room itself is quite spacious, decent facilities but cleanliness of the bathroom were abit concerning.

With luggage we booked Didi from Shenzhen North High speed train station to Time ONE was ¥40.
FYI if with luggage the Yannan station exit to Time ONE has 5 flights of stairs. No escalators not lift.
Upon arrival look out for McDonald's. The lift lobby is opposite where there's a security guard on duty. Take lift to Level 8. Room 812 reception. Check in. Overall the service is good and prompt. We had Aircon setting error, the receptionist knocked on our door very quickly. She's like a one man operation taking care of everything.
Overall we are very pleased with our stay. Room cleanliness good.

The staff are truly exceptional — super helpful and friendly, and they speak English very well, which makes a big difference.
The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s very cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast includes both local and Western options, which is a great touch.
Location is another big plus: just a short walk to the metro and the ferry terminal, and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars — some of the best-known in all of Shenzhen. Plus, the sea is just around the corner.
