EErnst NZThis hotel is right next to the subway, hence easy to get to and location is fine. Within 5-10 minutes by bike in all the groovy areas of Shenzhen. However the construction next for is noticeable. The hotel itself is huge, very plain and super busy. I would not stay again, it just didn’t feel ok. Transit hotel for a single night, yes.

GGuest UserThis is the first visit to the new hotel with family and daughter. I would highly recommend the hotel with excellent location, six star facilities and environment and friendly and professional staff, including Joe Lin, Katie and Eva. One of the best breakfast buffet, drawing room tea was enjoying with great coffee and tea set, I like the indoor swimming pool which my girl went 2 times. The bar on the 56th floor got the fantastic night view and what a relaxing stay at the hotel and I will definitely come again wjth my family again soon! Keep up the good hospitality service.

Service at all day dining area was not very good, they don't bring you to table in the morning for breakfast. So you need to search around for table. The staff didn't notice you are not done with your buffet breakfast, and they clean up your table ready for next group, when we come back to table with your 2nd round of food, you are surprised that they are cleaning up your table.
Because they don't bring you to the table, that's why there were different group fighting for table and some argument between 2 groups of pple when we were eating breakfast that morning.

Staff greeted us warmly and anticipated needs effortlessly – a true hallmark of exemplary service. The restaurant served creative fusion cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Despite its central location near subway and shopping malls , the hotel maintained a serene atmosphere. Housekeeping’s daily attention to detail impressed me most – even folding clothes left casually! Modern amenities, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking refined comfort. Will definitely return!

I am requesting to book a room for my boss’s VIP guest and payment issue related.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with the payment process at park Hyatt SZ. While I understand the importance of adhering to financial regulations, I found the rigidity in handling my payment request highly frustrating and inconvenient.
Despite my repeated attempts to find a workable solution, your team, particularly the duty manager, was unable to provide any alternatives or flexibility. It became evident that while they were strictly following the finance department’s guidelines, they lacked the training or authority to offer guests any viable options. Ultimately, I had to come up with a solution myself—something I would have expected the hotel staff to assist with, rather than leaving it entirely up to me.
A hotel’s reputation should prioritize guest convenience and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with flexibility and professionalism. The inability to provide alternatives not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the hotel’s customer service.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that your team will consider improving training for handling payment-related concerns in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing how you plan to enhance your service in this regard.
Having just check out from park Hyatt Changsha and last week from Alila, just felt something is missing.

CcarascoA modern and clean hotel with a spacious, well-lit room and an amazing city view. One of the highlights was the food delivery robot — very convenient! The location is excellent, with direct access to the metro station without even leaving the building.
