Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a ****** and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

The suite is comfortable. The rooms near the highway are a little noisy. Some rooms have a smell. If you find that there is a smell, it should be caused by the toilet and kitchen. Contact the front desk in time to change it, don't be patient.

Overall, it's okay, the breakfast is very rich and the service is good. It is troublesome to ask for a few bottles of water at the front desk, and it is charged. I said can I sleep tomorrow in advance? Considered for a long time. . . Just gave

Generally good. Including that they have a lactose-free milk option at the buffet. The person who was outside only told me where the reception was - which was closed - but with both hands occupied by the suitcases, it is difficult to open it (since it has a knob) and they do not help you open it despite seeing that you have your hands busy, I considered it a minus point to the hospitality. It would be nice if there was a plaque explaining what the hotel was previously. What is that chimney and what was it used for, etc., as well as they have signs of what the fauna is called. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef. That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

El lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

On the first night of check-in, I found hair and shoe prints on the sheets. The front desk phone was called for an hour and no one answered. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a change of sheets. It was another hour and no one came. I went downstairs again to urge, and then someone changed the sheets.

The hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
