A very nice small hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Puebla. Recently renovated and with a seatchair, which makes it clearly easier to drag the bags up! Our room ‘204' was very quiet and modern with great TV and good WiFi reception! The mattresses of beds are excellent!
There is no bar tender that delivers drinks on the roof terrace. That's a shame! So a nice large roof terrace with a beautiful view, but unfortunately completely unused! There is still a clear PLUS to get out!

Very warm old hotel. Not big but very charming. All the waiters are very kind. The city's big attractions are within walking distance. Parking also has a special person to park. There is even a small swimming pool that is particularly unique in the Spanish colonial-style hotel, which itself has its own Internet celebrity characteristics.

Guest UserTo use the air conditioning, you had to call the reception to get up, access the room and take/switch out the air or change the temperature.
At midnight there is no hot water and one day during the bathroom I stop out of the bathroom (neither hot nor cold)

Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
