This is an excellent hotel. It is beautiful and well equipped. The rooms are very comfortable. Good fast internet. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The tv is good with Chomecast so we could watch Netflix on the tv from our phones.
It is well located for exploring the historic center of Puebla.

THE HOTEL IS DECEIVING WHEN ENTERING, IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL IN LOBBY.
THE ROOM IS SHABBY, DIRTY CARPET.
VERY VERY NOISY HOTEL. ESPECIALLY NEW YEARS EVE. MUSIC BLASTING UNTILL 2A,. DONT EVER THINK YOU GET SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL, THEY OFTEN HAVE WEDDINGS AND BIG PARTIES.

Gorgeous former 16th century convent and they have done an excellent job of retaining that atmosphere while still keeping everything up to today's modern requirements. We have stayed twice at this hotel and loved our stay both times.

Street noise was disruptive. Plumbing and water supply were inconsistent. Hotel staff, amenities and surroundings were amazing. Facility has tremendous character and beauty. Great experience.

The staff and service was incredible, made us feel welcomed. I also enjoyed the location of this establishment as it offered walkable opportunities to explore different restaurants and food vendors. Not to mention very accessible to the different churches.

The building is very historical, but the rooms need to be updated. Limited # plugs. 1st room had maintenance issues. Drink charge at bar was over 3X for the same drink at restaurant. Unbelievable.
