"A perfect stay! I really like the style of this hotel. The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!"

"I made a reservation with a pet, mentions contacting the hotel for the cost, I contacted them and they mentioned a cost of 480 per pet's stay and upon arrival they charged 350 per night, they did not respect the information provided by phone, the young lady who attended was at night on Thursday and mentioned that the policies are different in the application than in the hotel and that it was the only way they would accept the pet, in the restaurant, good service from the staff, specifically Mr. Marcelino who is the afternoon shift, provided guidance and access to your treatment, it is a pity that the portions are very small for the cost, and they have very good seasoning, the pet could only walk in the room and green area, being a pet-friendly hotel, they did not allow it in all its facilities, the gym only has dumbbells, a treadmill, and a stationary bike, a very good place to stay but it definitely has to improve its policies, the treatment of its reception staff, and fully implement pet-friendly."

"It's a standard Holiday Inn hotel. The room is fine. Everything works. Any issues are resolved quickly. Breakfast is also good. Not particularly extensive, but you don't miss anything! The staff will prepare fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, etc., to order. All in all, a recommendable hotel in a good location if you're in the Angelopolis district. Right next door is a small mall (La Noria) with a taco restaurant that's open until 11:00 PM. A small supermarket (OXXO) is also nearby. I'd gladly stay again!"

"Everything was great with the room, but be aware that since it's an interior room, there's only one window that lets in a little sunlight. If that's a problem for you, it's best to book an exterior room. It wasn't an issue for me since I was out all day, and it was already dark when I returned. The location is excellent, just steps from the convention center. I only have a couple of observations: - Regarding the housekeeping service: the first day I left the "do not disturb" bow tie so they wouldn't come to clean while I went to breakfast, as I was going back to get ready before going out. I left the bow tie so they could come in; however, they didn't return it to the room. Also, the second day when they changed the towels, they didn't leave me a hand towel, only bath towels. - It took a long time to be served at breakfast on Saturday. I don't know if it was because it was a complimentary breakfast from the hotel or because they had two meetings and few guests, but it was quite annoying."

"The hotel is very close to the central square and has a nice and clean lobby and restaurant. However, the contrast between the room and the lobby is quite large, especially in the bathroom. The basin is placed on a piece of glass. When the faucet is turned on, the water flows directly to the glass table and then leaks to the floor. It is simply unusable."

"The hostel is perfectly located in Mexico City for everything you need, they have a great free walking tour and offer a lot of events to people staying there. I think there could be some improvements, we got the private room which was a lot smaller than expected and had no window. Also we stayed there for 3 nights and they never once cleaned the room. Generally they treat you as a dormitory hostel stayer, even if you are in the private room. There is also only 1 place to plug your phone in, so as a couple this was a bit inconvenient. I also would not recommend the breakfast, it’s very very basic and not really worth it."
