Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Nice

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

Highly recommend overall! 👍🏻 1️⃣ Location: Just a 15-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore along the way. 2️⃣ Cleanliness: Very clean, and the overall service was excellent. Breakfast was abundant. 3️⃣ Parking: There's a parking garage right next door, very safe, and they offer a bundled discount for 3 days.

Location: If you're using Nice as a hub for exploring the South of France, this hotel is incredibly convenient. It's only about 50 meters from Nice train station, so you can easily pop down and catch a train to Antibes, Menton, or other nearby towns. Walking to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes, and you'll pass through one of Nice's main streets, offering a glimpse of local life along the way. Room: The front desk proactively upgraded my room. However, once inside, there was a noticeable smell of fresh renovation. While the room's decor was quite stylish, the maintenance seemed a bit lacking. The most disappointing part was the wardrobe trim, which had sharp burrs that caused a large scratch on my arm. Surroundings: Right downstairs, there's a huge supermarket, as well as a Five Guys, Uniqlo, Starbucks, and more. Overall, it's pretty convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Splendid Hotel although we did have to move rooms after our first night as their was a strange smell coming from the airconditioner. Staff were rrally helpful and went out if their way to accomodate us. We stayed on the 3rd floor which what we could see may have been upgraded and seemed to be much better presented than other floors. Tje rooftop pool amd bar was amazing and had glimpses of the ocean and views across the city. The gym was ok but could do with a bit of an grade in terms of weights. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the airconditioning was great - we love a cold room. The only negative was that the hotel seemed to struggle with the breakfast service and there never seemed to be enough seats for guests

I've stayed at OKKO in Nice St. Augustin six or seven times now. I've recommended it to many others who attend the Cannes film and television markets throughout the year, and I've brought friends in from Australia. It's convenient to the airport - specially given the long flights we have to endure! - and an easy walk to the train station and the Arenas light rail service. The st aff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are alwyas clean. The dinner choice (which I haven't yet had) seemed to be so much better on this occasion as previously the evening meal options were very limited. I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

The room was pretty good by European standards; we could open two suitcases, and it was quiet at night. The partial sea view was quite layered and actually very beautiful. The drainage was a bit clogged, but the hotel staff handled it quickly. The front desk had basic professional etiquette, but by domestic standards, they weren't particularly warm. However, the room overall was nice, and the stay was generally acceptable.

Such great value for money! The old town is within very reasonable walking distance, and Nice is just beautiful! I'd definitely stay here again if I come back. Plus, there's a supermarket and McDonald's right across the street, which is super convenient!

The room I received didn't match the photos. I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. While it was on a higher floor, it wasn't what was advertised. I tried to resolve this with the front desk, but they couldn't switch me to the room type shown in the pictures. They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings. The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good. Would not recommend.

Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! Sad hotel looks nice but lots of but… if I give score for customer service I give 0
