LINIt is worthy of the Relais & Châteaux series hotel, the service is very friendly, much better than the Kempinski I have stayed in before. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit simpler.

The rooms are spacious, the mini-bar offers free drinks, and the location is superb. The Green Dome is right across from the hotel, the Royal Array is 200 meters to the right after exiting the hotel, the Elbe River is nearby, and there's a delicious Nama Chocolate ice cream shop just 5 meters to the right after exiting the hotel.

YuuuuuzenThis is a clean hotel with good service and delicious breakfast! I especially loved having Quark, Skyr, smoothies, and kiwi 🥝 every morning.
I stayed for about 20 days.
A few things bothered me: check-in took an incredibly long time, daily housekeeping was very basic, and the gym wasn't easily accessible. There was no 24-hour staffed fitness club. The gym is on the first floor, but there's no one there...
From 3 PM onwards, there's a huge line, and it's hard to check in quickly. Due to the basic cleaning, sheets aren't changed, and many things are left as they were the day before. Tissues and shampoo weren't replaced for two days, so I used my own. I had to find a time when there were no check-in guests to ask at the counter for refills. It's puzzling why the hairdryer was put back in its bag when it could have been left plugged in, and tissues weren't replaced...
Empty plastic bottles (Pfand bottles) weren't collected, but glass bottles were. I wonder if glass bottles are tipped? I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing or a system, but some items are collected and some aren't.
Update: Regarding the gym
I initially thought the hotel's value for money was questionable given the services, but my opinion changed once I learned how to use the gym and actually used it. I wouldn't have known how to use it without asking... Just looking at the signs, it looked like the gym was on the 1st floor, and you could see it through the glass, but it seemed to be under construction. When I asked at the counter, I found out it was actually outside. I was able to use the highly-rated Fitness First in the adjacent building.

In general, I see a discrepancy between demand/price and reality. The hotel was nicely renovated, but rooms are very small. The interior is very quiet, but there is something missing at ambience (background music? ...). Service not at 5 stars level (bsp was not offered us at any time help with our baggage, even not, When a staff member accidentally went to the same chair). Location is top. But price is too high.

Guest UserThis hotel felt incredibly luxurious, the kind of place where the wealthy stay. Since it was a special occasion, my partner and I decided to splurge on a junior suite, even though it was pricey. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a hallway so spacious we almost got lost – a true commoner's perspective! We had welcome drinks, along with beer and snacks. I was delighted to see a welcome message on the TV. Location-wise, it's a bit far from any station, so I'd recommend taking the tram. If you try to walk to the station with luggage without using the tram, it's a really tough journey. However, the Christmas market is less than a two-minute walk away, so if you're comfortable with trams, it might be a good option. Breakfast was also delicious. Since we were nearing the end of our trip, we decided to use the laundry service. Due to train schedules, we had to leave by 10:00 AM, so we asked if the laundry could be ready by 9:30 AM, but they refused. We ended up missing our train and waiting. Surprisingly, the laundry was delivered by 9:00 AM! It really made me think, 'High-end hotels are different!' But... this laundry service cost ¥50,000! If you're considering using it, I highly recommend checking the price beforehand. There wasn't any special scent or anything.

I stayed here for the first two nights of a trip to Europe where I would spend my time cooking. The room size was XS, but it was spacious enough.
It was an apartment hotel with a kitchen, but there was a proper reception, and the breakfast buffet, while not as good as a high-end restaurant, was just right and I was satisfied. The price was reasonable (about 12,000 yen per night) and it was close to the main tourist attractions, so I think it is convenient even for ordinary travelers.
Even for people who cook like me, I felt that the kitchen was quite easy to use. People who are not used to European stoves may be confused at first, but if you look it up online, you will be fine. I cooked three times in two nights.
There was a frying pan, small pot, pot, bowl, colander (although it was coarse), squeezer, spatula, tongs, knife, and cutting board. All the cutlery and plates were provided. The refrigerator was large, and there was a dishwasher, although I did not use it. Detergent, towels, and kitchen paper were provided.
One thing that I found inconvenient when cooking was the lack of a rubber spatula. I bought one on the way there.
Behind the hotel is the large shopping mall, Altmarkt Gallery, so shopping is not a problem. There are two supermarkets inside. There are also many food courts where you can get snacks.
There was no bathtub in the bathroom, and the shower room didn't have a door to seal, so you had to be careful not to splash water too much when showering, which I think is a negative point.
But overall, I thought it was a comfortable hotel.

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

Guest UserIt was clean and the staff were friendly, making it a good trip. The location was great, so it was great for sightseeing around the area. We came at a time when the weather was nice, the market was open, and it was good in many ways.

Guest UserA basic but cozy hotel. Incredibly clean, nice and spacious shower. Delicious and sufficiently extensive breakfast. Centrally located, very close to the Old Town. Good value for money. Impressive, beautiful, and atmospheric city: highly recommended. Hampton by Hilton: recommended for a visit to Dresden.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, and I complained to the front desk and didn't deal with it. Later, I called someone to see it and couldn't deal with it. The hotel has a location in the suburbs. The parking lot charges 16 euros.
