Hotels with Bars in Dresden

The room was excellent! I was traveling with my three children and elderly mother. Everything I requested was ready for our arrival, including a sufficient number of towels and even the sofa bed was made (usually I have to remind them about this). It was a two-bedroom apartment with a mini-kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful; even with a high occupancy, the restaurant handled it perfectly. Croissants and fruits were replenished instantly. Very clean! We were able to leave our luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful in every way. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a shopping center nearby with 24-hour parking for 15 euros/day.

It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

Please definitely go during the Christmas market season. Every moment you see outside the window is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, and nice. However, I think it might be awkward because there is no shower door.

This hotel felt incredibly luxurious, the kind of place where the wealthy stay. Since it was a special occasion, my partner and I decided to splurge on a junior suite, even though it was pricey. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a hallway so spacious we almost got lost – a true commoner's perspective! We had welcome drinks, along with beer and snacks. I was delighted to see a welcome message on the TV. Location-wise, it's a bit far from any station, so I'd recommend taking the tram. If you try to walk to the station with luggage without using the tram, it's a really tough journey. However, the Christmas market is less than a two-minute walk away, so if you're comfortable with trams, it might be a good option. Breakfast was also delicious. Since we were nearing the end of our trip, we decided to use the laundry service. Due to train schedules, we had to leave by 10:00 AM, so we asked if the laundry could be ready by 9:30 AM, but they refused. We ended up missing our train and waiting. Surprisingly, the laundry was delivered by 9:00 AM! It really made me think, 'High-end hotels are different!' But... this laundry service cost ¥50,000! If you're considering using it, I highly recommend checking the price beforehand. There wasn't any special scent or anything.

I stayed at this hotel right before the festival so I would say the price was affordable. The reception staffs are very friendly. The location is a bit far from the main street. So it’s very quiet at night. (It’s quite easy to reach the main street, though. Walk 5 minutes and take the tram 3 to get to the main street. It takes about 15-20minutes.) The room was clean and they gave me a bottle of water. The breakfast was nice as well. German breakfast, and asianish salad, fruits, coffee and 6 kinds of yogurts are prepared. The staffs at the restaurant are super friendly as well. I highly recommend to visit Dresen over any other cities in Germany, and this hotel would be a good choice. Not just for the layover, it’s worth to stay 1 to 2 days in Dresden.

Location was excellent for us, being right next to the old town and Postplatz, and only a short walk from Mitte. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our party members arriving separately. Room was great, and staff were able to give us room on the building side we wanted. Room was tidied and cleaned daily. The hotel lobby and bar were comfortable, with a decent selection of bottled beers and many gins. Unfortunately nothing vom fass. Would stay here again if visiting Dresden.

I stayed here for the first two nights of a trip to Europe where I would spend my time cooking. The room size was XS, but it was spacious enough. It was an apartment hotel with a kitchen, but there was a proper reception, and the breakfast buffet, while not as good as a high-end restaurant, was just right and I was satisfied. The price was reasonable (about 12,000 yen per night) and it was close to the main tourist attractions, so I think it is convenient even for ordinary travelers. Even for people who cook like me, I felt that the kitchen was quite easy to use. People who are not used to European stoves may be confused at first, but if you look it up online, you will be fine. I cooked three times in two nights. There was a frying pan, small pot, pot, bowl, colander (although it was coarse), squeezer, spatula, tongs, knife, and cutting board. All the cutlery and plates were provided. The refrigerator was large, and there was a dishwasher, although I did not use it. Detergent, towels, and kitchen paper were provided. One thing that I found inconvenient when cooking was the lack of a rubber spatula. I bought one on the way there. Behind the hotel is the large shopping mall, Altmarkt Gallery, so shopping is not a problem. There are two supermarkets inside. There are also many food courts where you can get snacks. There was no bathtub in the bathroom, and the shower room didn't have a door to seal, so you had to be careful not to splash water too much when showering, which I think is a negative point. But overall, I thought it was a comfortable hotel.

The hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient. The breakfast is quite rich, but there is no kettle in the room. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The environment and temperature are very good. Dresden exceeded expectations.

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the reception staff was super nice. I just wish they provide disposable slippers and maybe add small toiletries for the guests like in other nice hotels. Overall everything was good!
