Everything I requested was ready for our arrival, including a sufficient number of towels and even the sofa bed was made (usually I have to remind them about this). It was a two-bedroom apartment with a mini-kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful; even with a high occupancy, the restaurant handled it perfectly. Croissants and fruits were replenished instantly. Very clean! We were able to leave our luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful in every way. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a shopping center nearby with 24-hour parking for 15 euros/day."

"I booked the room for one night. The reception and check-in were very friendly and quick. My room was in Villa Anna, on the ground floor at the end of the corridor. It was nice and quiet, and very bright thanks to the large windows. Unfortunately, the room is a bit dated and worn! The lid of the bathroom bin was completely off, the carpet had many stains, there were cobwebs next to the bathroom mirror, and scratches on the walls. Minor issues that could be easily and cheaply fixed. The park is beautifully landscaped and inviting. The fountain is turned off at night and doesn't come back on until 9 a.m. There's a small refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The air conditioning is quite loud; earplugs are recommended if you want to sleep while it's running. There's an underground parking garage for €2/hour or €16/night. However, there are free parking spaces nearby."

"The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. There was a queen-size bed and two single beds. I requested a crib when I booked, but the hotel said they didn't accept that request. They did provide a crib, though. The water was really hot. There were two sinks, which was convenient. I don't know how to use the sauna in the basement. There was no one managing it, and there were no towels. I thought I should wear my swimsuit, put on the robe provided in the room, and bring my own towel, but I ended up not using it. The breakfast was average. It was a European breakfast with nothing special to offer."
