The hotel boasts an excellent, quiet, and easy-to-find location. There's an underground parking garage with charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. The environment is elegant, with a lovely little courtyard downstairs. The courtyard's style is truly fantastic; it's so relaxing to sit there after a tiring day of sightseeing. The service is impeccable; the owner is incredibly thoughtful. I had planned to ask them to turn on the underfloor heating an hour beforehand, but to my surprise, they had already thoughtfully turned it on for us without us even asking. The room facilities are also very comprehensive, with smart home features throughout, and it's spotlessly clean. The owner clearly put a lot of effort into the decor, and all the toiletries are high-quality. In the morning, the owner provided us with their homemade yak noodle soup, which was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Moreover, the owner is a wonderful person. Since dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, the owner even helped us look after our dog and turned on the air conditioning for our furry friend, fearing it might get cold! Truly, truly exceptional!

Best stay ever ! If I would come Bipenggou, I will stay at this homestay again. The uncle & aunty are super friendly that make you feel so warm. There is a dog, I think the name is Kangbao. Super friendly dog, welcoming you from the dog the moment you arrived the hotel. The room is exactly the same as advertised. They will provide you disposable towel and amenities. Best part, you can have xiao du (smart home) to control the curtain and probably lights (we only tried with the curtain). Morning breakfast was super delicious even though is simple. It taste so homely. You won't regret staying here. It is located 30mins away from Bipenggou entrance but it is a town area where you can explore.

The environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

The room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

My business stay was excellent. The hotel facilities are new, and the room's soundproofing was very effective, ensuring a peaceful rest. Although the wait was a bit long during peak check-in time, front desk staff member 02 handled everything very professionally. She not only processed the procedures efficiently but also proactively offered a late check-out option. The next day, when I needed to print some documents, she quickly coordinated a solution. Special thanks to her for making my trip much smoother.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. I arrived on a chilly evening, and check-in was quick. The room was a unique camping tent style, but the interior amenities were top-notch; the underfloor heating warmed the entire space quickly. For dinner, I chose the recommended yak meat hot pot, which was generous in portion and rich in flavor—highly recommended. Soaking in the private hot spring at night, with stars in sight, all my fatigue melted away. It's worth noting that the tent rooms have relatively weak soundproofing. If you have very high requirements for your sleeping environment, I suggest choosing another room type or bringing earplugs. Also, it's best to check the cleanliness of the private hot spring tub before use. In short, Mubal Hut perfectly blends the charm of the mountains with the comfort of accommodation, making it a unique and high-quality choice when visiting Bipenggou. If you also yearn for a warm and welcoming place surrounded by nature, this is definitely worth a visit.

I booked this hotel for its ambiance, and I wasn't disappointed with the service or cleanliness. The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was excellent. The hotel's location right by Lixiao Road is super convenient for visiting attractions, and it's nice to come back to after a long day of exploring. The staff were all smiles and provided thoughtful service, always ready to help with any request. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, definitely worth coming back to!

The room was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean. I appreciated the disposable bath and hand towels. The ******* hotpot was delicious, and the cured pork stir-fried with wild mushrooms was great. The meat portions were generous, and the yak butter tea was so good that I even took a pot to go – I couldn't get enough of it! The ******* tea was also easy to drink, and surprisingly good when paired with the yak butter tea. It wasn't the season for cold dishes, but I'm looking forward to coming back when the walnut tree in the courtyard blossoms and they have cold-tossed walnut flowers. Breakfast was a buffet with corn, sweet potatoes, baozi, mantou, and more – it was really impressive. The owner and the auntie were both incredibly warm and welcoming. It's about a ten-minute drive from the Dagu Glacier entrance. We went up early in the morning and the weather was perfect; by the time we came down, clouds had rolled in and blocked the view, so we were incredibly lucky!

A wonderful hotel right in the city center. It's close to the bus station, many cafes, and a lovely riverside promenade. The location is absolutely perfect. I really appreciated how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The breakfast was good and tasty, and there's also a cozy lounge area where you can relax and have some tea. A big thank you to the lady at the reception for her kindness and attentiveness! ☺️
