I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely loved it! My boyfriend's birthday even got us an upgraded room and a welcome gift! The proprietress is a super cool and cultured person. I've never had such a comfortable trip – truly satisfied with every single aspect! The staff and butler at the estate were all incredibly gentle and kind. At night, there was sweet soup in a thermos in our room, which I almost missed, haha! Luckily, I found it; it felt like a treasure hunt. The butter tea for breakfast was amazing. Whether it was the snacks or the cheese at breakfast, everything the proprietress bought was high-quality, Sam's Club-level stuff – super nice! She also has a dog that looks like a little lamb; it's so cute, I could just die, ahhh! But the absolute best was the yak hotpot with grilled meat for dinner; it was just incredibly good, seriously! One word: phenomenal! I will definitely be back! The rest of the photos are on my other phone, haha, I'll edit them and leave another review soon!

The location is super convenient, right near the scenic spot's ticket office. We were able to park our car at the owner's place and take a shortcut. The owner and the auntie were incredibly kind. We were traveling with elderly parents and young children and hadn't packed everything we needed. One of our parents suffered from altitude sickness, and it was difficult to go out and buy medicine. The owner generously shared some of their own supplies with us, which really helped alleviate their discomfort. The hotel environment is also fantastic! Our room's window faced the snow-capped mountains directly. Waking up, opening the curtains, and admiring the view from bed was absolutely stunning. This is a truly wonderful place, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I chose Zodui Kangqin Hotel in Gurgou Town, which is less than 2 hours away from Chengdu. First of all, the facilities are very complete. The room is exactly as pictured, and the amenities are very convenient. There's an underground parking lot with charging stations. The service is also very attentive, always available when needed. The decor is very cozy. Highly recommended!

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

It's very close to Bipenggou, conveniently located right on the road to Lixiao. The rooms are spacious. Although there isn't a private balcony, there's a wide corridor which is quite convenient for smokers. The restaurant is also a major highlight; the food is delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. It's a perfectly good option for guests who prefer not to eat out.

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

Everything is excellent about this hotel..the location is not far from bipenggou scenic area…the staff is super friendly…they even let us to check out late for free as we need to perform out prayer first as a muslim..the hotel also provide free breakfast..the room is spacious and clean…we can see the snow capped mountain from our hotel room…with just RM100 per night, the hotel is definitely worth it 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

5/5, highly recommend! My stay at Ramada exceeded all expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and they thoughtfully explained the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Their attitude was gentle and patient. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and pillows that were just right. The soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, all facilities were complete, hot water was stable, and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight. There was a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly cooked noodles, pastries, fruits, coffee, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. There were so many options that I could eat something different every day. Overall, the hotel has a grand yet quiet atmosphere, with comprehensive facilities suitable for both business trips and family vacations. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely choose Ramada again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to everyone!

When I visited Bipenggou this time, I booked the Namu Lake Resort Hotel mainly because it's advertised as 'the only hotel within the scenic area.' My experience was that while the location is indeed unbeatable, the details really need some refinement. If you're driving, there's a dedicated reception point at the scenic area entrance. After checking in, you'll receive a vehicle pass, which allows you to drive directly to the hotel along the scenic road. It's about a 10-mile winding road from the entrance to the hotel. In the evening, with almost no other tourists, driving was a real pleasure, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. However, you do need to be mindful that you can only drive along the designated route and park in the hotel's parking lot. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the scenic shuttle stop. It departs from the hotel's main entrance approximately every two hours and seamlessly connects with the electric carts that go up the mountain, saving a lot of time. This service is quite convenient for guests. To be honest, the hotel's facilities are a bit dated. The room decor shows its age. My biggest complaint is the sink height – it's incredibly poorly designed. For someone of my height (1.62m or about 5'4”), the sink comes up to my thigh. It's extremely inconvenient for adults, forcing you to bend and hunch over just to wash your face or brush your teeth, which was quite uncomfortable.

It's just a few minutes' walk from the scenic area's main gate, and for those driving, there's a free, exclusive parking lot with charging stations – super convenient for electric cars, saving us the hassle of rushing to grab a spot at the park. The room was spotlessly clean, not a single flaw to be found, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. With floor heating and central air conditioning, our winter stay in Western Sichuan was incredibly warm and cozy. Opening the curtains revealed stunning views of the distant mountains – the vista was superb. The free hot springs were the icing on the cake; after a day of hiking in the snowy mountains, a soak in the hot spring melted all our fatigue away. The staff even cleaned and changed the water beforehand, showing amazing attention to detail. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the Szechuan dishes and ******* yak beef at the restaurant were authentic and generously portioned. The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff proactively helped with luggage and offered travel tips, and any requests were met with a very quick response. From hygiene and facilities to service, everything was impeccable, and the value for money was outstanding. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation in Bipenggou, and we wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again on our next visit!
