AAnonymous UserOak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

SSusanI had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

DDragon_KenA very beautiful hotel, nothing to fault except being far away from the center of Victoria. The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, but I don't stay here just because of the facilities. The scenery here is so beautiful. Don’t spend too much time inside the hotel, get out and walk!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the north side of Victoria Island. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the beautiful small city of Sidney after getting off the ferry. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are well-equipped. You can walk to the beach for a meal in a few minutes. It is suitable for a leisurely vacation.
There are plenty of parking spaces, and the staff are mostly white. They are enthusiastic but not rushed. Coffee, hot chocolate, fruit, cookies, and lemonade are placed in an orderly manner. After entering the store, you feel like you are back home.
The facilities are of the standard of old Western hotels. They are not luxurious, but neat and clean.

JJennyHSeveral of us tennis enthusiasts stayed at the hotel for two nights to experience the best indoor clay tennis court in BC. The hotel environment is great, surrounded by golf courses, and there are hiking trails around. The hotel lobby provides free coffee and small desserts, which are very delicious! Have a pleasant trip!

The Indian brother at the front desk was very slow to check in. After asking for various messages to enter the computer, he finally gave me a form to let me fill in the information just now. This check-in efficiency was indeed the first time I met in Canada. It is the off-season, there are a lot of vacancies, and I arranged a room close to the elevator. I said if I could change it. He said that he would add money to upgrade, and he was completely speechless. In short, the feeling is very general, not recommended.
