Bed was comfy, we had another set of pillows in room thank god because I like flat ones! 👌 We payed in the morning for breakfast and there was nothing to complain about it. Also walls are a bit thin so you can hear someone using toilet or taking shower through the walls."

There are some minor issues with the bed; we were unable to find a room with two separate rooms, and the large bed is not very conveniently located in the rooms on the 5th floor. "The hotel is located in the old town of Dijon, very close to Galeries Lafayette. The rooms are relatively small, but the bathrooms are large. The hotel restaurant is Michelin 2-star, with a small dozen tables. It is a pity that I didn't make a reservation in advance and missed it. However, there are many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk around. The special snails and red wine beef cheek are worth trying, and the mustard roasted chicken is especially recommended."

The hotel has its own charm and the receptionist was very pleasant and informative. We had family room and we are allocated the one in the 2nd floor, so we had views towards old town. The room (no 23) was spacious and enough for a family of 4. The linen was fresh and clean, just the bathroom could do with better cleaning and hence my 4* rating. Towels were clean but some of them looking yellowish from usage. They do provide toiletries as well. No lights in the ceiling so it was a little dark in the room."
