It was incredibly hot and smelly as the 12 people room which went around two corners only had a small AC above the entrance and the windows couldn't be opened at all. I asked at night if it was possible for them to open them shortly, they claimed they had no key. Next day while check out I was told that they do have a key and they were sorry the person from the night before should have opened the windows....
Alsoy triple beds missed the ladder for the middle bed, so you had to take the one to the top and awkwardly get of on the middle bed. Very clean tho.

The room is soundproofed and the size is ok. It is a ten-minute walk from the old town. The opposite is the convention center. The service is also good. Although there is no disposable dental appliances, etc. ～

Плюсы гостиницы: лучшее месторасположение, есть лифт, нормальная шумоизоляция номеров, в комнате двухъярусная кровать для детей, милый персонал на стойке регистрации и в ресторане на завтраках , дружелюбный и профессиональный.
Главный недостаток -это уборка! Полы в номере не мылись со дня открытия гостиницы, наверное! Пыль на всех поверхностях, сантехника грязная.
Номер маленький, шкафа для вещей нет, сейфа нет. На первом этаже стоит кулер с питьевой водой и принадлежности для чая.
Завтраки: сыр, ветчина, порошковый омлет, иногда бекон, выпечка, багет, блинчики, фрукты, кофе натуральный из машины, чай, и свежевыжатый сок из апельсинов. Если вы привыкли к горячим блюдам и овощам, это не сюда.
В целом отель не плохой, для Европы даже очень не плохой.

Ibis Dijon Claymontsuo, the location is super convenient! Opposite is the Convention and Exhibition Center, a ten-minute walk from the old town, and the attractions are very fast. The room is modern and clean, wooden floor + air conditioning, comfortable bedding, free Wi‑ Fi stability. The front desk service is warm, the breakfast is simple, the price is high, the business and travel are suitable, recommended!

Vakantiebezoeker.Prima service van de staf, goede inrichting, nieuw hotel uitgebreid ontbijt, goede voorzieningen, zelfs een zwembad en opladers voor EV. Afgesloten parkeerplaats voor de auto!

Réception parfaite service parfait personnel parfait restaurant parfait petit déjeuner parfait seul bémol la salle de bain le système de douche était défectueux compliqué pour prendre une bonne douche et le globe d’éclairage était desceller du mur les fils électriques était apparent le signalement a était fait sur une feuille laisser sur le bureau de la chambre pour le personnel d’entretien et a étais signalé à la réception a notre départ .

VikaViktoriiaExcellent cozy hotel, clean, conveniently located - literally 5 minutes to the railway and bus station, to the center - 10 minutes walk.
My room was single, everything is clean everywhere, cleaning is daily, gel / shampoo / little replenished. The room is spacious, several light sources, there is a bedside table, there is a table for work, a large window, but at the same time the room is very warm, it was really nice and cozy to be.
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff - both the reception staff and other staff always helped with everything.
