GGuest UserThe room is of a decent size but a bit out of the way. The hygiene is good. The service is basically in place but there is no smile, no enthusiasm, and no willingness to help you as much as possible. It's ok as long as the task is completed.

GGuest UserExcellent location! It’s very close to all the main attractions. The front desk staff were outstanding. We booked a family room, which was fully equipped and extremely comfortable. I really loved the overall style of the hotel. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely choose it again without hesitation next time.

YyayatamaI made a note about my request, but it seemed ignored. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, which improved after opening the window. There was no sewer smell from the evening until I checked out in the morning. The front desk service was excellent, patient and attentive. They were very considerate when I asked about travel-related matters during check-out, and the map was well marked and provided with instructions. There's a dedicated parking lot (not inside the hotel, but conveniently located right next to it) for 20 euros per night. The location is great.

The hotel is newly renovated, and the furniture and bathroom are of good quality.
But there are some issues with the layout of some rooms. The first room we were given was on the second floor. When we opened the window, we could see the restaurant, not the outside. We had originally booked a room with windows facing the outside. So we asked the counter staff to help us change, and at first they said they were full, but we still insisted on going to the window facing the outside. Later they upgraded our room to the top floor. Although the room is relatively large, it is on the top floor and has eaves beams. So the space inside the room is really not reasonable. To get to the other side of the bed, you have to lower your head and move your feet carefully to avoid hitting your head or kicking your feet against the foot of the bed.

XXenTravellerOur big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable.
Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel.
Staff were all very helpful and pleasant though, makes us feel welcomed.
Simple amenities. A one night stay is the maximum.
