The service is extremely unprofessional, both from management and at reception; you feel like you're talking to a complete nobody. I'd especially like to point out the awful pillows and mattress; they're extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is disgusting, and you can't even call it breakfast; it's piled high with inedible food. If you like toast and butter, it's probably fine, but toast isn't worth the price of breakfast! The only good thing is the location, but everything is close in Darwin. And to be fair, I'll mention the hotel restaurant; it's not bad, but again, the service could be better."

Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically .."
