TTAN EE HENGBest location near Esplanate , and easy access to downtown with walking distance. We enjoyed the best sunset view here. Bike and scooter rental service (Beam) can't reach out here and this was challenging when we tried to return.

AAlexander DavidFirstly, the staff here were really great and very helpful. The pool was nice but the fitness centre is way below par. Free parking but a bit of a faff to get to. One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on though!

GGuest UserStayed here twice within 10 days period. This is good location in Darwin. Garden bungalows give you a sense of being in the tropics. The garden bungalows could use a bit of a refresh (beds in the other section were superior and bathrooms fresh and new). But otherwise, it was a good stay.

GGuest UserI stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets.
The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.

CCorrinne Wan PingRoom size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
