Situated at an excellent location. The front desk staff are very helpful and co operative. Especially Roshini, Vinoth, Mathi and Mushilra. Overall we enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely book the same hotel for future stay in Chennai.

Thank You for stay. But i which say I had incredible bad experiences in this hotel. 1)The water heater got but plug can not work. 2) TV can not work 3) middle in night suddenly no aircond till morning 8.30am when we check out. 4) pipe got no indication which hotel and cold water, need try and error to adjust. 5)curtain top got alot dust, maybe didn't wash few years. 6) our phone line not working, phone just for show. Anything we want, we need come call at reception. 7) They only provide 1 card per room, we request for additional with fees also not given, reason they is not sufficient card. If phone not working, we need go down to tell reception and come back, we had to take the card, they main power will shut down. Hope the Hotel improves better in the service, we are trip.com royal customer, we believe the rating came stay here, if know the rating was less, we would stay at this hotel.

All the staff so friendly and superb flexi staying at the Hotel. The place is superb safe and clean. I will recommend this Hotel for the future.

Clean room and good service. Nearby to many shops in walking distance. Breakfast within hotel was decent too.

I consider myself a seasoned international traveller, with many prior visits to India, so I feel confident in offering a fair assessment. If possible, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The only positive aspect I can highlight is its location. Unfortunately, everything else falls short. The “Family Rooms” are quite small by Indian standards—once two adults and two suitcases are in the room, there is barely any space to move around. Storage is also limited, with only a very small cabinet for hanging clothes. The air-conditioning appears poorly maintained, and the air quality in the room was questionable. The bathroom follows an open-shower concept, which results in the entire floor becoming wet after each use—highly inconvenient. More broadly, the hotel seems inadequately maintained. Carpets and sofas are visibly stained, which does not inspire confidence in overall cleanliness. In a city renowned for its food culture, the breakfast offering is particularly disappointing—we chose to eat outside after the first day. The property also appears to cater to low-budget Malaysian tour groups, leading to a frequently crowded lobby area in front of the tiny reception. Overall, I would not return to this hotel. Given the rates they charge, there are far better options available in Chennai.

Lovely, friendly and caring staff throughout the hotel from front desk, to driver, to doorman and porter, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since 2010, with a short break during the Covid period and returned in April 2021 up until last month. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff’s hospitality is consistently outstanding, they are always welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile to make each stay memorable. This place will always be my top choice whenever I’m in Chennai.

During my recent visit, I found the overall experience to be pleasant and the staff generally courteous and helpful. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the check-in process at the front desk. While the receptionist was polite and professional, the process felt noticeably slow and somewhat inefficient.
