"The hotel is new and the facilities are great. The room was quiet and the bedding was comfortable, and the room size was just right. The hotel's location isn't far from the train station, and it's a quick taxi ride to the main attractions. On weekdays, the street outside has quite a bit of traffic, but on weekends, it's generally not congested at all. Samarkand isn't a very large city, so overall, I highly recommend this place. By the way, the hotel massage didn't have any discount, contrary to the 10% off mentioned on the booking page, and they only accept cash, which was a bit inconvenient."

"An island of warmth and family comfort in Samarkand! I traveled to Samarkand with my mom and staying at Siab Boutique Hotel was the best decision! The location is perfect - Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, Afrasiab Museum, and Bibi-Khanym Mosque are all within easy walking distance. The owners are a wonderful married couple. The husband is a historian and created an amazing sightseeing itinerary for us, while his lovely wife pampered us every morning with delicious, homemade breakfasts that she prepares herself. Housekeeping is excellent, everything is spotlessly clean. The young staff boys are absolute sweethearts - so friendly and always ready to help with anything. We wish this cozy family hotel all the success and prosperity in the world! Will definitely come back!"

"I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly."

"Our favorite hotel in all of Uzbekistan! The entire staff is the perfect blend of professionalism and hospitality. We really didn't want to leave! The food is outstanding! The breakfast buffet is perfect; you won't leave hungry, in fact, you'll probably gain a few pounds. 😄 The chef personally comes out to oversee the food, recommends what to try, and tells you about the dishes. The waitstaff (I can't even bring myself to call them that) seem genuinely happy to see you. There's pure delight at every turn! We initially stayed in a standard room, then moved to a suite. Only our pre-booked onward tickets forced us to check out. 😄 The suite has everything from bath salts to a coffee machine. There's a separate bathtub and shower, and a cozy living room. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"A true gem in Samarkand! The host, Sanjar, was incredibly helpful and did all he could to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The room is spacious and has a beautiful charm to it, and the location is ideal - less than 10 min to Registan and other major sites. there is also access to a kitchen and everything you need. I did feel the bed was too firm for my liking, but that is just my preference and others may enjoy that for their sleep. Overall an excellent stay and I’d happily book again."

It's about a 15-minute walk to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and along the way, you can experience the local street scene. Overall, the attractions are concentrated, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy exploring on foot. The check-in experience was good. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, providing good relief from travel fatigue and ensuring a decent quality of rest. The only minor drawback is the limited dining options near the hotel. For dinner or to find a variety of local cuisine, you might need to walk a bit further, or consider planning your meals in advance while exploring during the day. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation, especially suitable for travelers whose main purpose is to visit the necropolis and surrounding historical sites. If convenience for dining isn't a high priority, it's an excellent place to stay."

"This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!"

"I chose this hotel based on reviews, even though some were negative, but the hotel didn't disappoint our family! The hotel's location is excellent for sightseeing! There are parks, squares, plenty of shops if you need to pick up a few things, and many cafes and restaurants to suit every taste and budget nearby! The breakfasts are excellent, with vegetables, porridges, and desserts! Everything is clean and tidy. The administrator, a pleasant young woman, greeted us and sent us off with a smile."

"The location is convenient. The owner arranged a room on 3/F and he helped me to carry the luggage upstairs. The room with double doors so the sound insulation is good. The carpets are pretty. Can watch YouTube and Netflix on TV. Air-con, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and toothbrush are provided. I wish to use the kettle but I can’t find proper socket except near the bed and under hair dryer in toilet. I found some ants in the corner. Water pressure is strong enough for showering and flushing. After checkout, luggage storage is available."

"Since the hotel is still under renovation, there's an occasional paint smell during the day. I look forward to coming back once the renovations are complete so I can enjoy the medical service facilities. The musical fountain show at night was absolutely spectacular!"
