Siab Boutique Hotel

The location is fantastic! No need for Google Maps; just turn right out of the hotel and you'll hit the tourist walking street which leads to all the attractions. The guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful, solving many of my problems. I booked a Seven Lakes day trip through them at a reasonable price, and they even prepared a packed breakfast for me!

The room was very clean and had amenities like a hot water kettle, which is convenient for Chinese guests. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable with excellent water pressure. It was very easy to get to local attractions, and the Wi-Fi was good. The service was spot on, and the breakfast was plentiful. Inside, the hotel was very quiet.

・**Access** It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from Samarkand train station. There's also a tram stop nearby, which is a good option if you want to save money. Major attractions like Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Registan Square are easily accessible on foot. ・**Room** The room was very clean, with ample space to open our suitcases. Amenities like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes were provided. The room was also well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and electric kettle. ・**Service** The front desk staff spoke English, and we could pay taxes with a credit card. They were very accommodating. Although there's no elevator, meaning we had to carry our luggage, they kindly helped us with it. ・**Breakfast** It was a typical breakfast for a hotel in Uzbekistan. There were some slightly unusual items, like pizza and leafy green salads. ・**Late Checkout** Due to our schedule, we used the late checkout service. Extending until 6 PM cost around 300,000 UZS.

The hotel is great. Attractions are within walking distance. Breakfasts are delicious, the internet is excellent, and the water pressure in the shower is good.

The hosts and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even offered me breakfast and coffee upon arrival, even though I hadn't checked in yet. The breakfasts, by the way, are substantial, and the coffee and tea are delicious. The room is large, overlooking an inner courtyard, so street noise isn't an issue, though you can hear the neighbors quite well. The air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing, with grocery and clothing markets nearby, as well as a tram stop for the train station and a bus stop for the airport.

The hotel's address on the map is incorrect; the actual location doesn't match. All major attractions are within walking distance. Check-in was quick. The hotel is modern and new, with comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms have carpeted floors. However, our room faced the street and was noisy. There were welcome snacks (raisins) and bottled water. Breakfast was varied, offering porridge, buckwheat, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruits, and other sweets. There was also coffee from a bean-to-cup machine. Unfortunately, we found a moldy muffin. The restaurant is on the 4th floor, and in warm weather, there's a veranda with city views. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Extremely welcoming ❤️ The location is fantastic – right next to the market, Shahi-Zinda, and Registan. You only need a short taxi ride to the old city, and that's it! The breakfasts are delicious, and the staff are incredibly hospitable, doing everything they can for you! And the umbrellas for rainy weather are a lifesaver! 🔥

A wonderful hotel with a convenient location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Upon check-in, we received a lovely welcome treat. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel! Excellent cozy hotel. All the sights are within walking distance. Breakfasts are simply wonderful. Everything is new and beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly.
