"During hot weather, the hotel pool is a great place to spend time. BUT!!! The pool is a huge plus, and simultaneously a huge negative because access to it is open to absolutely everyone for a fee, and on Sundays it's a nightmare – it's Ladies' Day, and you simply can't get near the pool. What's more, women swim not in proper closed swimsuits, but in whatever they arrived in, and get this, even in street shoes! No one pays attention, but it's unhygienic! On other days, conversely, ONLY men come. And as a woman, I feel uncomfortable when dozens of male eyes stare at me in my swimsuit!
The hotel room costs $100 for one person, which isn't the cheapest price for Bukhara.
The management should prioritize the comfort of hotel guests!
Otherwise, the rooms are large and spacious, with everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo.
The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection and everything is absolutely tasty.
Special thanks to the chef for the porridges. My stomach was tired of pilaf and shashlik after a month, so kudos for the buckwheat and oatmeal!"

"Excellent stay experience. Jasmine Gevinch, the lovely lady at the front desk, helped me switch to a higher floor. Knowing I was traveling alone, she specially recommended the CHINOR restaurant, which is a local favorite with great value for money. When she learned about my habit of drinking a lot of water due to the hot weather, she had the staff send up 4 extra bottles of mineral water. Thumbs up for the attention to detail!
Although the hotel is within walking distance of the old city, it's dustier because you pass by a construction site, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
When using Yandex taxi, you need to set the pickup location to the hotel lobby level; otherwise, the car will automatically stop in the parking lot below.
Joxongir, the concierge at the entrance, was super nice. He helped me carry my luggage from the front desk to the entrance and waited until my taxi arrived and the luggage was loaded before leaving. Despite the hot weather outside, he stayed to confirm the destination (the train station) with me and the driver before departing."

"Overall, I'm very satisfied with the value for money.
I'd like to highlight three things that stood out. First, the location is excellent for exploring the Old City. If you get too hot and tired while sightseeing, you can easily pop back to your room to cool down. Also, the room is spacious and clean for the price. Walking around town, I noticed everywhere that Uzbek people really value cleanliness.
Finally, the staff's hospitality is wonderful. If you can speak a little English, they'll happily help you with various requests.
Some might say the breakfast has limited options. But honestly, you'll be eating plenty of meat and fats out for lunch and dinner anyway. Perhaps it's best to stick to just fruit for breakfast.
During my stay, a glass partition was installed between the toilet and shower, so the issue of a wet bathroom floor is no longer a problem.
Lastly, whether you use Yandex or Google Maps, they tend to show narrow alleys that cars can't actually enter. This isn't just a hassle for the driver, but also means you end up walking from an inconvenient spot. It's best to just set your destination to the nearest bus stop to the Old City from the beginning."

"My friends and I were absolutely delighted with this hotel and its staff. It's conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the historic city center, with shops and cafes nearby. The food at Cafe Minor was delicious; the lamb shashlik was both affordable and excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious and stylish, spotlessly clean, and smoke-free. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need. We were even given plush bathrobes upon request. Breakfasts were perfectly adequate, with something for everyone. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

The hotel features a stunning XVI-century-style hammam with a serene pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a well-equipped conference hall for 50 guests, and a refined restaurant with exquisite cuisine-alongside a vibrant bar that constantly delights and surprises.
"The hotel is located north of Bukhara's Old City, with most attractions within walking distance. The Saffron Restaurant on the 3rd floor serves excellent food, especially the fried eggplant.
However, the spa service was absolutely unacceptable. The therapist had an awful attitude and poor technique. Anytime we moved or were too tense during the massage, she would reprimand us with incredibly exaggerated, disgusted exclamations, completely ruining our day. On top of that, it didn't even provide the relaxation we sought. What's more, the time spent changing clothes was counted towards the massage duration, which would never happen in China. After writing a two-page complaint letter, the hotel offered a fruit platter as compensation and provided a written response stating that ”other guests in our tour group” were satisfied, implying the problem was ours. Yet, we were independent travelers who checked in alone, so the mention of a tour group was completely fabricated. Naturally, this was unacceptable. After a 30-minute standoff at the front desk, the final solution was a 30% discount, but then the fruit platter was withdrawn.
As an incredibly arrogant hotel, I do not recommend staying here. They didn't even replenish toothpaste during daily cleanings. However, the rooftop restaurant is still recommended, with an average cost of around 200 CNY per person."

My room was cozy and very clean, and breakfast served daily was always delicious and filling. They offer free pick up and drop off service to both the train station and airport, and even did my laundry free of charge. Really hospitable place that came at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend!"

"The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Lyab-i Hauz Plaza, which is very convenient. Since most of Bukhara's tourist attractions are concentrated around Lyab-i Hauz, it was an ideal spot for sightseeing.
There's a convenience store right nearby, making it easy to grab water and snacks.
In my room, the shower water was quite lukewarm, which felt a bit chilly. Also, the bath towels were stiff and rough.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a satisfying variety. I stayed during the hot summer, and since I had some time before my train, they kindly extended my check-out time by a few hours for free, which was a great help."

"We had two fantastic days here and were really blown away by the hospitality. The room was super spacious and spotless. The interior is gorgeous – you can tell they've thought of every little detail. I had a couple of requests during our stay, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even gave us great tips on where to try authentic Bukhara plov and some really delicious shashlik. Breakfast was amazingly varied and tasty – everything was freshly prepared, and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect too – just a 5-minute walk to the Ark Citadel, with convenience stores nearby and a big market where you can find absolutely everything, from souvenirs and clothes to fresh fruits and veggies. And on top of that, it's honestly the best value for money you could ask for. Highly recommend!"
