It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception.And They helped me ro this. Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious. And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free. And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel.And we got 15% free coupon . I say thanks

The hotel was decent in most aspects, but it was really frustrating that they wouldn't refund me when I had to check out early. I booked for two nights and tried to cancel the second night on the day I checked in, which should have been fine since it was more than 24 hours in advance. The front desk told me to contact Trip.com. After Trip.com submitted the request, it took two days for them to reply, only to reject it. After a lot of back and forth, Trip.com eventually reimbursed me half the amount, so I still lost half the money. The whole experience was very unaccommodating for guests.

Hotel is located out of the old city but can be reached in approximately 10 mins. Room is small. Hotel facilities are ages and the worst thing is the air con which is not cold at all. We can’t sleep because of this. Breakfast is also average but please make sure you come before 9 as food will not be refilled after 9.30

Great hotel not far from downtown. Very easy to call yandex taxi to everywhere. Good swimming pool too. Saved out lives from heat of the Bukhara.
