"The staff were okay, especially the security guard who was super nice helping us park. At first, I read reviews saying the bathroom was small. It is indeed small, but for me personally (I'm a big person, weighing 99-101 kg), I didn't feel uncomfortably cramped once inside. It was just right. As for the noise, it didn't bother me at all; I slept soundly. The hotel is cute and I loved the vibrant colors, which made the kids not afraid to sleep in their own room. I was impressed! It's close to the beach, convenient for travel, and there's parking available."

"This place is super close to the beach, just about a ten-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven and a large shopping mall right downstairs, which is really convenient. Catching a 'Songthaew' (shared taxi) from the roundabout downstairs is also easy, and it's quite close to the Pattaya North Station. Overall, it's a great spot! The infinity pool on the rooftop is perfect for photos, though the glass could use a cleaning – there were some rain streaks. The service was pretty good; they had staff who spoke Chinese, and they were very patient with me despite my somewhat halting English."

"Beston Pattaya Hotel Review 🏨 Overall, the accommodation is decent for the price. Parking is outdoors, with no covered parking available. The hotel isn't directly on the main road; you have to turn into an alley, and it's located opposite B2 Hotel. Getting around without a private car might be quite inconvenient, and it's also quite a distance from convenience stores. There's an electricity pole at the entrance of the alley leading to the hotel, so EV users can charge their cars in this area. The bed was quite firm, and the room had good soundproofing from the outside. However, the room itself was quite dirty with a lot of dust. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. I booked a pool access room, so I could occasionally hear guests using the pool. Also, the TV in the room isn't a Smart TV. Overall, it's a hotel where the price matches what you get. However, if cleanliness, easy travel without a private car, or modern amenities are important to you, you might want to consider other options."

"I've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time."

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Jomtien Beach, Colosseum Show Pattaya and Big Buddha Temple all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The hotel's location isn't out of the way; turn left or right, and you'll find plenty of food, drinks, and massage places. There's also a 7-Eleven, which isn't super close like right downstairs, but it's not far either. The front desk staff were standard—not overly cold, but definitely not warm. They answered all questions, which was fine. No 8-toothed smiles like I experienced in Phuket, and no one helped with luggage; I was on my own the whole time. I stayed on the 5th floor in a pool-view room. The 4th floor has the restaurant and pool, and the pool includes a simple kids' play area. So, that pool was incredibly noisy. Kids' screaming started around 7 AM. The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Around 3 AM on the 20th, some people checked in, and their kids sounded like screaming chickens, while the adults were slamming doors loudly. The entire hallway vibrated with the screaming, shouting, and door slamming, which lasted about an hour, finally stopping around 4 AM. No staff intervened or managed the situation. I thought breakfast was pretty good, with a decent variety. If you walk a bit to the left after leaving the hotel, you'll reach the beach. However, the stretch from the road to the water is very narrow, the sand is very coarse, mixed with small pebbles, and the seawater is murky. My feet hurt from walking in flip-flops on the sand. A taxi to Terminal 21 costs around 150 Thai Baht."

Thanks to the patient and professional help from your team, they actively assisted us in contacting the insurance company and airline to handle all follow-up procedures. Their support helped us resolve many difficult problems smoothly during this unexpected situation, and we truly appreciate their kindness and responsibility. In addition, the hotel breakfast was very delicious with a rich variety of choices, which greatly improved our staying experience. The only small suggestion is that there was a slight moldy odor in the room during our stay, which affected the indoor comfort a little. "This hotel Cesar Palace it’s very special because of the people that works there from the receptionist to the bellboy. They are all very courteous and ready to do whatever necessary to make you feel comfortable in the place. The place is spotless is very clean. They continue to clean all day long. I can see it when I’m walking around. It has also beautiful pool that you can cool down. I have come back after my first visit and stay longer because I felt home. It is very clean and that’s what I like about it. Also, the friendliness of the people that works there I can testify to that. It is very convenient. It’s in the heart of Pattaya. You can go walk anywhere across the street. Is Pattaya Mall that has food clothing everything that you need it’s a five minute walk distance. It’s also very close to the beach. If you like to walk, you can walk five minutes to the beach or you right Motorbike two minutes to the beach has lots of nightlife in the area that you can be entertained and eating good food so this is the spot for me when I come to Pattaya Caesar’s Palace going to be the place that I will come to visit again."
