"This is the most family friendly hotel, I liked this experience in so many ways, the room details was amazing, the activities at pool was fun ,also they gave us coins called (token) we can spend them (on souvenir cups or bath bomb at lobby, playing golf, some candy or afternoon tea at lobby). In addition parents can spent some relaxing area for massage in front of lazy river or at 7th floor, the oort cloud tea room was spectacular, they provide cake for occasion’s , and don’t forget to go for the beautiful rooftop ,it’s definitely worth money and I will return back for this amazing hotel🫶🏻"

"Can confirm the scent is lovely in both the lobby and the rooms. The staff provide excellent service. It's conveniently located near Tops supermarket, the beach, and restaurants, all within a clean and pleasant area. The common areas are great with a beautiful pool and plenty of seating, though it does get busy. There are arcade games, a pool table, and a ping pong table – awesome! The air conditioning is cold and the bed is comfortable. The room doesn't have a balcony, but the wide glass window offers pleasant night views of the city lights from the tall buildings, which is never boring. This is definitely a place I'd return to."

"We stayed at the hotel for a week during the holidays, and it was packed. We had to wait in line for breakfast for 20 minutes, and there were also queues for the elevators. Breakfast: Only once in 7 days did I see a waiter ask if we wanted drinks and bring us coffee; all other days, we had to get them ourselves. I don't understand their approach: either you don't bring drinks to any guests, or you bring them to everyone. The pool is very small (doesn't match the photos), and the hotel practically has no grounds. But there's a plus: excellent sun loungers and artificial sand where a child can play while you sunbathe. Room: We had a Suite M, which is essentially the same as a standard room but with a bathtub and an additional room (children's room) with a bed and a pouf. It was impossible to sleep there because the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and hummed like an airplane turbine. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was just as noisy, and we had to turn it off periodically to give our heads a rest from the noise. The elevator was next to our room, and the sound from the hallway was excellent; I could hear everyone slamming their room doors and talking by the elevator. For those who like peace and quiet, you won't find it here. There's no wardrobe in the room, just about 10 hangers, and that's it. There's nowhere to put children's clothes, for example. The ceilings are very low. The kids' club is small, and right at the entrance, there's a water slide. Water splashes directly onto the club door, even though there's a barrier, it doesn't help. The pool entrance is directly from the lobby. Wet people walk past the reception to the elevators, and there's water in the elevators and on the lobby floor. They try to clean it up, but it's still a fact. Overall impression: the hotel is beautiful, with many photo opportunities, but it's inconvenient, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money."

"This hotel is truly a gem! I'll definitely stay here again next time. It has a huge swimming area, and the beach is right next door, making it super convenient to access. Dining options are also plentiful and easily accessible. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and incredibly varied! The outdoor kids' playground is also amazing, though it requires an entrance fee. They even have free pizza-making activities there. The rooms are comfortable too. Plus, the indoor kids' club has free activities that kept the kids very happy."

"After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again."

"I had a great stay during my short trip to Pattaya. The hotel was very clean, including both the room and all public areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service with a genuine service mind. The location was convenient, and the beautiful view made the stay even more enjoyable. "This is an excellent hotel, a hidden gem of a resort. It's located about 6-7 kilometers from Pattaya Central, right by the sea, and the surroundings are very peaceful. The views are absolutely stunning, 100 out of 100! The hotel service is perfect; all the staff are attentive, friendly, polite, and considerate of guests. Plus, they all speak English, which is a huge bonus! There were two small things that really touched me, but I won't go into detail – the hotel is just that good~! The hotel offers buggy service to take guests to their rooms and also provides a daily shuttle bus service to and from Central Pattaya, making getting around very convenient."

"Facilities: Excellent. Great views from the window. The infinity pool is huge and the kids had a blast. Cleanliness: Spotless and well-maintained. Attention to detail is evident. "Excellent place! I rented a deluxe room on the 21st floor in August for 7,000 baht. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Below, I'll detail what I was pleased with. The room offers a great city view, as shown in the photos I've attached. Beyond the standard amenities, it also includes a washing machine, a drying rack on the balcony, a microwave, and a stove. The bathroom is spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of outlets near the bed! Everyone in the reviews raves about Nisa. She's the local supervisor, very sweet and helpful (definitely ask her for recommendations on good places to eat!). Besides her, I want to commend all the hotel staff in general. They are smiling and friendly, and the service is top-notch. Housekeeping is timely and thorough. The hotel is located on the third line, and yes, it's a 20-minute walk to the beach. However, you don't need to go to Pattaya's main beach; it's dirty and crowded. It's better to go to other beaches with clean shores and fewer Chinese tourists eating there. On the bright side, the hotel is essentially in the middle of all the main points of interest – supermarkets, shopping malls, Walking Street are all within walking distance. There are also plenty of pharmacies, 7/11s, cafes, and currency exchange spots nearby. And yes, the rooftop pool is great. There are many sun loungers, and the pool itself isn't too deep. Next to it, there's a lounge area with a bar and comfortable seating. Make sure to catch a sunset there sometime! Finally, the hotel offers massages (not cheap, but better quality than what you'd find on the street), a small gym, and its own restaurant (I didn't try the breakfast, I ate elsewhere). In conclusion, this hotel is worth its 5 stars. I highly recommend it!"
