Hilton Pattaya

The hotel's location is super convenient. The only downside is that it doesn't have its own private beach. The breakfast spread is extensive and the quality is good. The infinity pool offers a panoramic view, and watching the sunset from there is absolutely beautiful.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location! The views from the lobby floor (17th floor?) and the rooftop are absolutely amazing. Enjoying a drink while relaxing on a lounge chair, watching the Pattaya sunset – simply blissful. I forgot my swim trunks, so missing out on the outdoor pool was a slight regret, but I'll definitely make up for it next time. There's a Chinese-speaking manager at the front desk who provided excellent service. This Hilton in Pattaya is much better than the one in Bangkok. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya! Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Pattaya Beach. Central Festival mall is downstairs, and there are many dining options nearby. I highly recommend the chicken noodle and Thai food restaurant next to the 7-Eleven store, which is to the left when you exit the hotel – it offers great value for money. From the street behind the hotel, you can easily flag down a 'songthaew' (pickup truck taxi) to Terminal 21 mall for only 10 baht per person. The hotel breakfast was decent, and the swimming pool is large with great views. In the evening, you can enjoy a drink and the breeze at the bar on the 34th floor, which is very pleasant. However, the drawbacks are also quite obvious. The in-room facilities and equipment are very old, with many things broken. The shower floor tiles are so slippery, yet they didn't provide a non-slip mat; I had to call to get one delivered. The shower door couldn't close properly, causing water to spill all over the floor after a shower, which I then had to clean up myself. Frankly, the facilities and equipment do not meet the standards one would expect for a 'Golden Diamond' (high-end) hotel. If you have high expectations for room facilities, I advise you to choose with caution.

Really great! The sea-view room and the super awesome infinity pool were highlights.

Every time I go to Pattaya, I stay here. Will definitely stay again next time!

The room hardware is a bit dated, but everything else is great. As long as the price is right, I'll only stay at the Hilton when I'm in Pattaya. The balcony offers ocean views and is well-shaded, perfect for relaxing on the sofa and chilling out, or simply enjoying the beach without going out.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The room felt cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful rest. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and provided meticulous service. The location is convenient for getting around, and overall, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it!
