"The hotel is directly opposite Venice's Santa Lucia train station (SMN), making it incredibly convenient – you just cross the road after exiting the station. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the facilities are showing their age. Breakfast was a typical Italian cold cuts spread. We stayed one night; on the first day, we headed straight to the main island for a look around, which was a quick 10-minute train ride for 1.5 Euros. The next day, after checking out, we left our luggage and explored the outer islands, but there really wasn't anything much to see there."

"Great location if you're traveling by car. It's right off the highway exit, and there's a dedicated, secure, and convenient parking lot. Getting to the main island of Venice by car is a breeze. The hotel also has excellent facilities."

"Extremely close to both the train station and the Vaporetto stop, just a few minutes' walk away. We stayed in a Grand Canal view room, which was spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety too. We'll be returning for our second stay this September."

"The room was quite spacious and conveniently located right by the roundabout. The parking lot seemed to be free, probably because it's off-season. It's a great spot for those traveling by car. We took a bus directly to the island, and on the way back, a train to the mainland, where there were plenty of Chinese restaurants. After dinner, it was a pleasant 30-minute stroll back to the hotel. It was a perfect trip, Venice is beautiful and wasn't smelly at all. Fantastic. We skipped breakfast as we had an early start the next day to return the car and catch our flight. A perfect end to our ten-day journey."

"This hostel's location is super convenient, and it's quite large with a spacious and comfortable overall environment. Although luggage storage is free, there aren't enough lockers, so I ended up having to leave my luggage in an open area... I booked a female-only dorm, but a male staff member unexpectedly entered the room early in the morning to collect bed sheets, which was really awkward... Plus, when I checked in, I found lipstick marks and stains on the pillow."

"A&O Venezia is located ~10 minutes from the train station and also ~5 minutes from the bus stop which takes you to the main island. Large building with a large working space and bar and offers free baggage storage which is nice of them. The bed is comfortable and big and the room is clean with air-con. The bed also has a small rack to place items and has both a charger and wall plug. However, the built-in charger seems out of date as it doesnt seem to have tje voltage to charge smartphones. So the wall plug is the only charging appliance. The toilet is clean and the shower comes with body wash + shampoo. However, it seems that there is a leak somewhere for the flooring. The whole toilet becomes wet after a shower and there is also a slight unpleasant smell."

"Fantastic! The service was excellent. Although check-in wasn't until 2 PM, we arrived around 10 AM with our luggage, and the staff kindly stored it for us. The next day, we stored our luggage again until around 4 PM, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, and the location was perfect. Plus, there's a super convenient supermarket downstairs!"

"Friendly Staff and Great Tips for Visiting Venice We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Centrale. What really made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They kindly explained to us the easiest way to visit Venice without driving into the city. Instead of driving and paying expensive parking fees in Venice (which can be at least €25 or more), they suggested taking Bus 7 or 7E, which goes directly to Venice with the last stop near the main area. The journey only takes about 20 minutes, making it very convenient. They also recommended a nearby parking area costing around €12, which saved us quite a bit. The hotel itself is comfortable and practical. The room was a good size with everything we needed, including a nice hot shower after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, and the hotel seems quite popular. There is also a little shop just next door so you can just buy whatever that you need. The surrounding town is simple, but the hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Venice. We also appreciated that dogs are allowed, which made traveling with our pet much easier. Overall, the friendly service and helpful local advice made a big difference to our stay."

"The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop just a short walk away, offering a direct 10-minute ride to the main island, and also airport shuttle buses, which is super convenient. For the price, this hotel offers great value for money. I think I briefly saw something about a luggage storage fee, but other than that, everything else was really good."
